I would talk to your ideal customers/clients and ask them to give you money BEFORE you invest a lot in your business. If they love your idea and are willing/able to pay you, then you are on to something.

Can you use this word and then add another word to it and use it as your business name without running the risk or trademark infringement? imaging other company have already the word ''ad'' trademarked in the same class category you want to start your business?

I want to build a brand/business named ABC LLC as the main business/brand (just an example name). But under ABC LLC, i want to build a gym with a different name, lets name the gym DEF Fitness. How do i relate the gym to my main brand? Can i relate the two similar to the relationship between a book/essay and its author? For example Harry Potter, By JK Rowling; replace "Harry Potter" for with DEF Fitness and Jk Rowling with ABC LLC. I feel like theres a legal name for this type of set up...or maybe i'm just nuts 🤪.
