Looks scrumptious...but AB I wanted to give you some friendly advice when using your thermometer for testing your temperature do not let the bottom of your gauge touch the bottom of pan/ pot because it gives a false reading it should only be testing the oil temp not the bottom of the pan/pot...just food for thought 😊
Notice his thermometers again. The construction of the type thermometers AB used are designed specifically to prevent their tips from contact with the bottom of any pans.
He's still learning the in and outs of cooking. He doesn't know better yet.

I love this! This is what I needed to go along with my shrimp and crab stuffed mirlitons and panèed veal cutlets, smothered greens, creamed spinach and oysters in patty shells. I made sweet potato bread which was kind of heavy. I would definitely serve this with rum sauce instead of a heavy potato bread.

I made some a while back. I added the cinnamon and sugar. For the sauce I did a condensed milk with little cinnamon and Vanille extract. . These look great AB ❤️❤️❤️

I'm definitely going to have to try this recipe. I make a lot of recipes from the wonton wrappers The small ones and the larger ones. I make cabbage rolls using either chicken or pork in there always super super delicious I also use them to make chips to use with salsa or pico de gallo
