And any fruit can be used, one birthday my mom made me one. And what you made is a lot like that. I love a Cloufottis; try it; it has the same sort of cakey consistency. But is not as bulky and thinner. For my birthday, it was sprinkled with powdered sugar after it cooled. Then there was whipped cream, also. Yes, my mom was a chef or cook, and I miss her. They can stand up to the heat better and not falling apart. My Grandma 🙏🏾 made it with fresh peaches for the family but the church would get canned peaches, boxed cakes 🤣😂. The finished product is 😍.

What about adding lemon and almond as well as vanilla bean extract to the peach mixture as well as adding flour and cornstarch plus alil baking soda and baking powder to the crust mixture to make it crunchy and gooey after baking it ..? @TheBleuChannel
