These cargo trailer camper builds are so cool. People enjoy building them to fit their needs, and they love living in them. Other store-bought RV videos show the rig falling apart and the people super frustrated.
This has giving me PERFECT a idea for my blank cargo trailer. I would LOVE to know how they put the addition on!!! I was wondering how I would do the bathroom,,NOT any more. THANK U so much! This is one I will save,
So great to see you both. Sure do miss our chats and visiting with everyone. That slider is the best Jack did a great job and it was totally awesome to see in person. Big hugs to you both and pray we see you both again next year. Thanks again Bill and Deb for having this rendezvous 🤗🌞
I'm a Native of the Tampa Bay area! Bonita Springs is beautiful! Florida is absolutely beautiful! I've traveled to at least 10 different states and I always get homesick for Florida. The only thing I would love to see in Florida is cooler fall and spring! The 9 months of summertime is a bit exhausting. I think God has a sense of humor and we don't get to have Paradise on Earth because we wouldn't long for heaven if we had it here. The most beautiful state out of all 50, with the most beautiful white sandy beaches and nothing but coastline all around, sunshine nearly 365 days of the year yet all of that beauty outdoors is so hot that you have to stay in the air conditioning to prevent death 🤣. I was born in Tampa. Been here 51 years. I was pretty much over "The Beach" by time I was 20! It's beautiful to drive along the beach or over the causeway and it would be wonderful if we had a true four full seasons but of course if we did have four seasons we would be so overly populated that we would probably sink into the ocean being that we are just a big sandbar 😊. Hoping to meet you all sometime in the future. Love the channel! Love the videos! Jesus is Lord!
That is the best build I have ever seen!! I live in Massachusetts and if they ever want to sell that thing... Here I am! I am totally in love with their build... It is so professional. Just absolutely outstanding!! Thank you for the tour, I had to subscribe now. 👍😁😍
Great to see the video. You two did a fantastic job. You were great neighbors for the week. Every video brings back the great memories from the rendezvous. Looking forward to seeing you next year or before.
Good to see Jack and Joan again! Even though Jan and I have seen your trailer, this video of it is excellent! Y'all have done a great job. Already looking forward to seeing you both again next year.
OMG thank you thank you thank you for this video you had just solved two of my problems about if I'm going to do a cargo trailer matter of fact is I just made a folder on my TH-cam to save these ideas that I get from your videos. Again thank you God bless stay safe stay strong stay healthy and enjoy life I can't wait to start living. LOL ✌💪💖🎅🚌🌻👍PS I already have one of those antennas for the TV I bought for the bus and never installed it.
Wow Joan, what a great setup. Im working on a 7x14 that my young Son and I can use instead of a Tent. Your slide out has inspired me to make some design changes when I decide to get a 8.5x20 one day. Not sure where you hired that Jack guy but what a great find.. ;)
I have HUGE aspirations to travel in the future. I have to wait for a few years until I can do it though. I need enough room for 2 people and 3 animals full time living. So far, cargo trailers have been the best route for me to go with. They're super affordable for the price, easy to convert, and you can get a really good amount of space to work with (this video is a great example). Not to mention, you can detach it and use your vehicle to tour around areas (plus if you need your vehicle serviced, your house isn't going with it!!). So excited to start this part of my life. I want to see the world before it's ruined :(
@@joanlynch6669 Were you folks able to do a video of how you did the slide out on your trailer? If so, could you tell us what the channel name is so we can look it up? I'd love to see more info on this. I'm also in CT (just outside Hartford) and hoping to do a conversion myself as well.
What a very nice trailer, everything you need is in it, just like home, that's the way I want to retire, sadly I have to wait another 5 years. 💯👍🏻💯👍🏻💯👍🏻💯👍🏻💯👍🏻
Very cool trailer conversion. I personally have a couple quad ATVs and the setup minus the slide out would work perfect for my needs. I bet if a feller was to put french doors in the back of the slide out it could be possible to still use as toy hauler as is provided the murphy beds would fold up as it was originally built. Very clean and well done. I was impressed.
What an amazing build.. Dream come true. The kitchen colors are so calming and that bathroom? WOW.. All the cabinetry blew my mind . I'd surely pay to have this built for me over a regular camper any day.. Happy travels you two. 🥰
Hey guys hope all is well especially Joan. Next time we meet I will definitely have safety handles on both side door (ordered already) and one for rear deck which I'm trying to incorporate into step. Your build has got the wheels turning again to maybe squeeze those extra sqft like yours using rear deck .. amazing build guys and hope to see yamaha soon.
This couple are so cute!!!! The extra space for the recliners is genius!!! Plus the windows and door bring in nice lighting!!! I wonder what this cost start to finish?
The biggest things with these videos are that people do all the electrical themselves. It's incredible honestly. I just don't get it, it doesn't click in my mind. There are so many skills needed when doing your own build and I love it
This trailer has everything to make a couple live comfortable and also inventive with the slide out! The height of the trailer is a great choice! The overall craftsmanship is excellent as this trailer looks like it will last a long time! I always wandered what security options are installed to protect the owners of the trailer like door locks, hitch locks and outside lighting. Thank you!
Very nice..Love the recliners, so important to be able to just put your feet up and relax. Also love the twin beds cause it doesn't matter if it's a king size my hubby will find a way to have his elbows near my head.I have a bad back and sleep in my recliner in peace and solitude and he and the cat get the queen size all to themselves
Would love to see a more detailed video about the extension, how it was done, insulated, etc. I have thought about it for my own build, but am unsure about a few things. Any way of have one made?
love that slide idea. I'm back to considering a ramp door again. May not be worth the trouble, but since it slides so easily, If in the deployed position you moved the cables to the outer top corners of the slide - seems like when you pulled the door down the slide would deploy; and be kept from moving by the weight bearing cables. Most likely, since it moves so easily, you can stow the slide just by closing the ramp door - so it's possible to rig an automatic opener... lot of effort for not a lot of difference - just a thought... and I'm no physicist - or engineer. It also might just bind up - if the cables end up too short
Thanks for your comments. Stay tuned for the automated slide out upgrade. Many automated upgrades are in the plans including the slide out and possibly some magic with the solar stuff.
@@moseylynch3493 - looking forward to it. Only issue I see, if you go with something like I suggested, is making sure the trailer door header - and the slide out header that abuts it - will support the weight of the slide and ramp (maybe some all-thread (through bolts) to the outer cable connection locations - though i may be overestimating the load) I'd wish you luck, but, from what you've already accomplished - you don't need it
@@moseylynch3493 I can't wait to see this! Please let us know the channel name when you end up doing a video of this. I'm also in CT and hoping to do a conversion also. The slide out with the recliners is awesome, it opens up the space a lot.
It was amazing
Yes it is
Nice! And it's decorated like a vintage Florida house.

Happy wife made a good call with the recliners. Love the kitchen, looks great. Your colors are beautiful. What a Cody trailer. Happy camping!
What a clever frikkin idea! Wow! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this! You could do a slide out in aluminum to lighten it up some as well I bet.

Slide out is awesome. I wonder how it’s detailed so it doesn’t leak in the rain.

Love this did a great job

No, thank you.😉

Beautiful! Amazing. Wonder how they get that slide inside?
How did they waterproof the top of the trailer where it meets the slide out? I’ve been thinking of doing this as well. Very nice!
