    Many thanks for the detailed recipe! Watching the meringue process may be a bit boring, but it is very important. Incorrect meringue causes cracks on the top of the cheesecake or the wrong structure inside.
    This is one of my favorite desserts.

    흑 ㅠㅠㅠ 완벽하게 성공했어요 폭망했던 대만카스테라들이 떠올라요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 아주 처참했던 그 모습들,,, 아주 뽀얗고 빵실빵실, 옆면 칼각으로, 윗면 터짐 없이 나왔어요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 감사합니다ㅠㅠ 틀에서 분리하고 식힘망에 올리는데 감동이감동이ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

    진짜 퐁실퐁실하게 잘 나왔어요! 여태까지 만든 다른 체다치즈케이크는 뭔가 비주얼들이 아쉬웠는데 이거는 겉모습부터 너무 고와서 늦은시간인데도 한조각 먹어보고 싶네요! 이런 황금같은 레시피 알려주셔서 감사합니다~!

    I've tried so many recipes and yes, Michael lim's baking temp and techniques worked so well for my oven. Cake only shrink a bit and perfectly tall, jiggly and the texture is out of this world. Thank you

    1. 우유 약한 불에다가 끓여서 치즈 녺여주고 작게 썰어둔 버터도 녺이기
    2. 달걀 노른자 3개 풀어서 1 넣고 천천히 섞어주기
    3. 흰자 3개에다가 설탕 넣어서 머랭 쳐주기
    4. 2번에다가 레몬즙 넣어주고 박력분 반씩 넣어서 섞어주기
    5. 4번에다가 머랭을 세 번의 나눠서 섞어주기

    요거 벌써 세번이나 만들었어요
    공정도 쉽고 , 은은한 치즈맛+부드러운식감이 너무 맛있어요
    다만 원 레시피 설탕이 제입엔 덜 달아서 설탕 약간 추가해서 만들었더니 딱이에요 좋은레시피 감사합니다 !!!!

    I really like that you guys are coming up with tested recipes for small / personal / baby cake size. I love to eat cakes but I don't want to buy or cook standard size bcoz I get tired eating. hope to make this once I get a 6x3 inch round cake pan.

      Sure I highly recomend you make a small size cake. Easy to make and no left over. :D Korean people often worry about blood sugar level when they eat too much sweeties. We prefer small size one. So... try to make it!

    어제 다른 레시피로 폭삭주저앉는 수플레치즈케이크 경험하고 열심히 찾아서 여기까지 왔네요! 너무 기뻐요. 검은색 케잌틀에 구웠는데 축축해서 이참에 틀도 구입했어요. 자세한온도 설명 감사드려요. 위즈웰이라 온도가 문한번 열면 뚝 떨어져 힘들긴하지만 고온이 목적이 아니니 도전해보겠습니다. 완성후 꼭 글 남길게요^^

      수플레치즈케이크 중에서도 저는 이 체다치즈로 만든 레시피가 참 맛나더라구요. 위즈웰이면 컨벡션이 아니니까 될것 같아요 컨벡션 오븐은 이런 케이크 만들기 힘들거든요. 꼭 머랭을 참하게 내세요^^. 너무 많이 올리면 한깟 부풀고 푹 가라앉아요. 그리고 머랭 올리기전에 냉동실에 넣었다가 하는것 잊지마시구요 ^^ 주은님 꼭 성공하셨다는 소식 듣고싶어요 ~~♡♡

      Cups is not accurate.There are different cup sizes. I promise you will succeed if you buy scales.

    Is that cheddar cheese slices? It looks like American (processed) cheese slices. Like the Kraft Singles cheese. They both melt VERY differently. I'm unsure which I would use. Edit: Nevermind, I read your description and found the answer. This looks delicious & I'm excited to try it!

    Tasted soooo yummy!! My kids love it so much!! But unfortunately my cake broke when I flip it onto my drying rack. I should have flip it onto flat paper or plate... gonna try again another time, soon !

    Hi, I followed your recipe and instructions step by step but why my cake sink when I change temperature to 100°c? I think I make meringue like yours so is it because of my oven temperature?       가스오븐의 열이 아래에서 나오면 됩니다. 저도 가스 오븐으로 해봤거든요. 그때 온도는 지금과 달랐지만 잘 나왔거든요. 그러니 온도조절 신경쓰시면 잘 나올거에요. ^^ 감사합니다. ^^

    몇번을 걸쳐서 1호팬으로 슬라이스 장 조절해 본결과 저의 입맛엔 슬라이스 두배를 넣는게 더 맛이있더군요..
    치즈맛 좋아하시는분은 많이 넣으세요...
    그리고 황치즈 가루 있으신분은 첨가하면 조금더 색이 진하게 나와서 보기에도 좋습니다..

    Hi I watched Michael Lim's edition and I found that he added the flour while the milk+ cheese mixture were still hot. I believe that's called cooked dough technique. Did you add the flour into hot or cold milk+ cheese mixture, May I know? Thx

    Great tip about chilling the egg whites, didn't know that. Now I just need one of those things that catch the yolk and drain the egg white because I suck at doing it, always get yolk in my whites.

    The "cheese" slices in the plastic wrap is usually NOT cheese at all but processed and flavored oil. I was hoping for a truly processed cheddar like is available only through deli counters (by law) in the USA.

    Hi i had try it yesterday, is so soft and yummy 😋. But i had encounter 1 issue. My cheese cake after bake. I find that there are 1 layer of cheese at bottom . The water bath i use not very hot , is warm water. Will this play apart?

    Room temperature eggs whip up faster AND higher, in less time.
