I think 40K soldier is a crazy overestimate. That would suggest that the Riverlands alone have more soldiers than the Lannister (8K), Baratheon (7k), Hightower (20k) and Green Kingslanding (2k) armies combined. In the books it was closer to 5k and that too only after hours Tully declared Black much later in the dance.
House Lefford should have more than 500 soldiers total. They’re not including levies for either House though which would increase these numbers quite a bit. Plus, there are probably other Houses that haven’t arrived yet
