In the space of a kilometre or so, this P plate BMW driver sure did break a few road rules in Varsity Lakes QLD. Went past the dc vehicle like it was nailed to a fencepost, sure was moving!
Lights go green and the driver overtakes in a turning lane, crossing unbroken line at speed and merging traffic was lucky they weren't a second or two earlier......

Possibly , however I've had drivers do crazy stuff like that just because they've got a fast car. I had no idea who they were and was glad I didn't get crashed into.

They do they also offer leather accent on the trim in different colours, basic spartan alloy magnesium rims or in shiny sic kent oversize chrome

At that speed that bmw has no chance to stop or avoid anything regardless. i.e. car changing lanes, debris on the road. He had to be doing at least double the speed limit there. I wonder if its mommy's car
I don't know what it is with BMW drivers. I remember having one speed matching other vehicles on the freeway in the passing lane going 10 - 20 KPH under the speed limit. He didn't want anyone passing him. I passed (easy on a bike) when I got a chance and he was upset. He then wound his BMW to about 30 over the limit, pulled in front of me (myself doing 110), braked. We ended up slowing down to about 80 in the 110 zone and the other cars ended up passing us doing 90 KPH. I considered a lane change as we were now in the middle lane but he's probably some crazy who would swerve while gunning it (based on what he had done already) .Even if I did get past again, it would end up being a race down the freeway at 200 + KPH quickly coming up on cars 500 - 1000 metres ahead. I ended up changing lanes again, passing then pulling off into a petrol station off the freeway as he continued to block and drive dangerously. I chilled out there for 8 or so minutes and filled up with fuel as I was interstate and still had hundreds of Km to go. It was weird. Had he been bullying other drivers (the 2 left lanes then did it to me ? ) Why were the other drivers doing 90 KPH in a 110 zone when the road ahead was clear ?
Seems to me like he stopped perfectly fine

1:10 - I'd be getting out of my car & telling the driver that they are 1. on Dashcam, and 2. being reported to the cops..

Hopefully the police see this and pay the young person a visit, and show the video to their parents while they write them a ticket. Clearly a danger to themselves and others on the road.
it will get ticket and loss the license as easily because of P's plate and low the demerit point that full license.

Yes there is Jeremy. Go to the online portal of crimestoppers. You can report hoon or neg driving offences and upload footage. Search your state eg. Nsw, Qld etc. crime stoppers in google.

Nah this is no new driver. This is an adult who has bought that beamer to go fast. Been caught so many times speeding has resulted in loss of license and is back on P plates. There's tons of them around in fast cars. He won't learn, no point trying to lecture them.
