Just FYI for those that have the MCX, the the handguard screws at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions are Torx-Plus 15 (IP15). Torx 15 (T15) will work, but many of us have gotten our screws stripped because we didn't use Torx-plus for a more snug fitting. Please learn from our mistakes so you don't have to call SIG customer service and have to pay ~$11 for replacements.
@@cherrysoda9955 They have drill or screw driver bits called screw extractors. I’m not sure what size it is but you’ll have to buy one of those online or in store to loosen the screw if it’s stuck in the hand guard. You could try using a different bit or pliers to get it out, but you might need the screw extractor bit. If it’s already out, you’ll have to contact sig Sauer to send you another screw or ask them what size, maybe you can buy it elsewhere. Sorry it stripped out on you.

@@charlesung886 Great information. Thanks for sharing. Sig should’ve definitely sent out the proper bit with the upper.
Why did you take the bottom screws off on the hand guard? Not needed
You’re right, I didn’t need to. Just took it off for the video.
I stripped the screw on the left side of the hand guard what now
