  • Welcome to Mind And Body Habits podcast. I am Victoria D'Hondt, an eating disorder warrior.
    My plan in creating this podcast is to discuss wellness, biohacking and science-based tools: how our mind and its connections with the body controls our observations, actions and our health. I will also explore methods for assessing and modifying how our nervous system functions and strategies to enhance our biological activities.
    Upcoming episodes will cover: sleep and how to improve our sleep quality, motivation, focus, learning, as well as dreaming, and how to be more productive. We will also cover mental health, fear, stress and neuroplasticity.
    Along the way, I will discuss actionable tools: what to do and not to, and the role of exercise, nutrition, meditation, supplements, prescription drugs and electronic devices for assessing and modifying the way our nervous systems work and boosting our brain performance.
