"Respecting" a virtual "VIP" does sound stupid, but by the end you were basically asking for it. Look at it this way: You'd probably get fired from a real job if you started mocking your instructor. So, if you start mocking a virtual instructor, you're probably gonna get virtually fired. The severity of the punishment matches the severity of the act. And hey, you got a relatively amusing video out of it anyway
Mate its a fucking game. Now I get that during CERTIAN times people cant fool around and a certain degree of order must be held for things to function. However I am getting tired with these uptight assholes who think they are better then everyone else just because they have a fucking rank in a game. You dont go to a job to have fun and you dont go to a game to work. The only reason this is a thing is so that certain 05s can feel good about them self's. Games like this and even for so SCPFs need to base their rules around practicality not some guys ego. That's how you lose people from joining your game. In fact before promoted to researcher at this very site I casually talked to a research manager ever now and then who for what ever reason has VIP statues but not once did he call a guard or anyone to punish me for disrespect for merely being in is fucking presence or even joking around with him once or twice. I only found out I could by the rules not approach him when a MTF started guarding him from me and a entrant. You know what this does. Gives me respect even more the bloke because now I know he has no ego. IF YOU DONT WANT TO READ WHOLE THING: in sort I am saying people who uses this only have egos unless their is a reason for it such as often quick assassinations and there is no practical reason for such a rule. all they achieve is show they have egos on a fucking game people are meant to enjoy.

I am not in the SCPF but it is obvious that you got CE'd for breaking the code of ethics, if an MTF personnel tells you not to, you dont. You didn't get CE'D because you said they smell it is because you got near the VIP.
