Cyberpunk 2077: What happens if you kill Jotaro Shobo before meeting Woodman at Clouds? Doing Monster Hunt gig before 'Automatic Love' job hidden option.
I did this in my most recent playthrough, had never previously been able to talk to him. He told me he dealt Eve to Fingers who had "acquired tastes" he would try out on "willing participants" so I zeroed him anyway.
tons. tons! this is the biggest one that clued me in to that. This one is easy to get if you clear all the NCPD scanners and Fixer jobs before even starting chapter 2. big bonus while clearing all this, you'll easily get past lvl 20 and streed cred 30 before that chapter even starts.
There are many. Another one that comes to mind is if you've been to the farm where River's nephew was kidnapped to, V will recognize it in the BD immediately and skip some of the detective work. Jotaro is also tied to a couple other gigs if you read the chat logs, so apparently he was hot shit around town. They really put effort into the world building for this game, shame all the bugs meant nobody even noticed.
@@AlexanderTheGoodEnough i just combed through the games files recently looking for stuff ,and there isnt "tons. tons!" ,theres about 12-15 unique contextual lines at most, and a few of them dont even show up anymore after being patched out of the game weirdly, but most of those are to do with johnny.
Down side of going this route is that this would be the last time you see Woodman, after the meeting between Judy and Maiko the option to kill woodman doesn't become available as it seem that you scared him so badly he went into hiding. (Edit Note: Turned out to be wrong, you only lose the option to go after Woodman If you’re rude to Maiko. Corrected by grishaotrepka)
I'm new to playing Cyberpunk, killed shobo as a random gig before getting to this guy. Had no idea about that option. I just insulted him and then beat him to death when he went aggro. Oh, well.
Ooh I've never done that. Next play through I'll be swapping my mission order around some. I think I'll avoid my usual clean killing method and get him up close and personal with one of those nasty new 1.6 bleeder swords. It's the closest thing to a chainsaw and that guy has it coming. I haven't run a full on frontal assault melee street samurai build yet. Charging directly into a hail of gunfire, no matter how well augmented or armored you are never seemed wise. Of course even in 1.6 with a good build you can become obscenely powerful around mid game so why not? I'll might have to delay Judy's missions a bit but that is not a problem.
My current build is running a quianT Mk4 with 4 legendary heatsinks and the sandevistan sword (the one that gains bleed and crit while sand is active) and gorilla fists when I want to spare someone (Plus the Russian revolver for far away enemies) And there is nothing that build can't charge straight up, you can easily dodge bullets with the 25% speed and the heatsinks make the cooldown only 2 seconds, one of which is the spool down of the previous use, so time is still pretty slow there
You kill Jotaro? I deliver him alive to the Mox. They have the patience to give him his just desserts. (Actually having a trombonist on hand to play "wah-wah-wahhh" when his scrotum gets peeled off was a welcome comic touch in the braindance. It had been a bit grim until then.)

2:01 when Woodman said that, does he mean that he doesn’t wanted to end up dead like Shobo or was even he was terrified of Shobo, considering what Shobo have done in night city prior to V killing him?
Maybe you downed him but didn't finish the job. I had that happen on my first playthrough with Woodman. Thought I killed him, only to find out a few days later he was still alive.
Jotaro Shobo is the target of an early Regina mission called "Monster Hunt". He's a high-ranking Tyger Claw and a sick motherfucker who makes really ugly snuff BDs involving torturing joytoys and other poor souls who fall into his hands. He also shows up a lot in the shards of NCPD scanner hustles you come across in Watson.
It's a Gig given to you by Regina Jones. Guy who killed seventeen JoyToys and made snuff braindance of them. He happens to be a high ranking Tyger Claws member who owns a club, Ho-Oh.

My version of Jotaro's accident was throw from rooftop with Punk knife right between eyes, when he was looking outside window. When you stand in front of enter to bar on left, there is alley with buildings windows having coverings on both sides. Few acrobatic tricks with double jump legs upgrade helps you get on top of building where are giant white ventilation pipes. Jump over them and you are in spot where you can see Jotaro's room. When you run on non hacking build game force you to use brain (IRONY) when you want be stealthy. 🥷

For some reason woodman never made it out alive.

Wrong, you can still kill woodman after, just don't be rude to Maiko.
You can can grab woodman and snap his neck silently as he leaves his desk without using the dialogue options that would lead to conflict

Yeah I tried to intimidate him and he went for a gun so he had to speak to my partner, Mr. Monowire.
I never even got to talk to this guy. He just pulled a gun on me and started blasting.

Pick up a legendary Sandevistan and Subdermal Armor and you'll be good to go with that build.
