There are strengths and weakness in the Government's policies. But the strength outweighs its weaknesses resulting in a positive outcome for the country. This is what Budget 2022 is about.
An action is right up to the point it produces the greater good for the greatest number. Singapore has a pragmatic government. Always relevant in its policies to remain current, adaptable and contextualizing globalization as we are a nation that is import reliance. In short, this year's budget is in accordance to the rapid changing external and dynamic business environment.

Area that they are focusing are workforce and how about the living environment ? A lot of families who had been a divorcee and remarried ,some could not even afford to get a new house for themselves as they gave to sell away their house during the divorce process.A lot of families living in changi beach as some do not know how to get their second home

GST could be the cause of recent inflation and future inflation as business owners raise the prices of good because personally they need to pay more for GST for their own consumption spending. Since the rich need to pay extra GST , the money has to come from somewhere which could come from the poor who are mainly workers.
Soon u see their salaries going UP .

Excellent budget. Low income families are well taken care of. Well thought through from all angle. Compassionate and caring. We can see the quality and high caliber of PAP ministers.

Don't paint too much of a rosy picture of Singapore economy growth in 2022! The Covid19 /Omicron pandemic is still rampant on a global basis! Singapore economy is too dependant on China's economy! So how could Singapore economy be getting better when China's on the downfall n collapse? With the US, Europe, Africa, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Asean countries n the world at large still reeling under the Covid19 pandemic n in the doldrums, what vision is there for Singapore to see a different perspective for economic progress in 2022? , IFirstly n simply. has Singapore succeeded in its fight in ending the Covid19 pandemic? Far from it; in fact. there were more daily infected cases n in the alarming rates of going over 50,000 cases! Deal with the pandemic first! The economic will then take over! The world is on a gloomy collision course slowing down! How can you see a glimpse of prosperity around the turn of 2022! What a short-sighted vision! Ask the COP to focus on the flagging economy, not on fixing the Opposition! Else the people would the demise of PAP out of the Parliament! Let the Opposition be the new government!
