After you plug it in to download all of your pictures from your iphone and you don't delete them right away can you plug it back in and then delete all of your pictures from your phone?
Will this device store information from the flash drive directly onto an external hard drive without use of computer, laptop, ipad, cellular data, wifi or internet service just using a usb hub port and a powerbank? I'm in the wilderness filming videos on my cellphone camera for 50+ days without any of these services. Any help is greatly appreciated!
I have an iPhone 8plus. I bought the iXpand 64gb. the red line doesn't move. it seems to start but it doesn't ever complete. even after several hours. It doesn't explain anything, no instructions and the app doesn't explain anything. I've looked for step by step instructions and I can't find anything on youtube or google. I haven't found this to be user friendly. frustrating.
You said that I'd have to get the free app. However, I don't want an Apple ID. I don't want to use the cloud and I don't want to give out my birthday. Is there any way to use it without having to get an Apple ID?
This is not for UPGRADING storage, if you wanna do that get a new device with bigger storage, aint no way to upgrade it. This is to back-up your photos/videos to the stick and free up space if you want

I have watched a lot of videos about these and not a single one shows them being compatible with a iPhone case. I just got mine and it won’t fit through my LifeProof. The info book that comes with it mentions there are some compatible cases but doesn’t go in to detail
It appears it is only good for pics and vids; what about other apps like games and docs. Can you download games on it and play the games on the device? Does it have a slot that allows you to put additional sd cards in so you have unlimited storage? What happens if you have an otter box on your iPhone will this device fit? You need to do an indepth explanation shoing what can and cannot be done with it. Don't sell hype, sell it on fact.
Thanks for the video, I purchased the san disk from Best Buy and it only downloaded 99 photos out of 2000 from my iPhone. I wouldn't recommend this device for anyone. SAVE YOU MONEY AND DON'T BUY IT.

On Ipad it is read only mode, No solution to remove read only mode, so cannot edit the documents

Once you have downloaded all your pictures can you plug into the tv usb socket and watch them

No, it doesn´t, just audio, movies or pictures.

At this moment I have version 10.2.1 and works fine. I´m not sure if it works with other versions.

Sorry but the USB connector does not fit all connections. Will not fit into my MyCloud Home. Junk!
