- Such a pretty diffuser that last up to 10 hours! Love the colors when they rotate through
This is my new favorite Essential Oil diffuser because it lasts a long time (10 hours on low mist!) AND it looks attractive! I have a huge chunky white plastic diffuser that looks very industrial, with no colorful lights and it only lasts a maximum of 8 hours. This is A LOT better because it looks beautiful and I can select high or low mist mode, depending on how much scent I'd like diffused and how long I'd like it to run.
I'm very pleased with the performance of this diffuser!
Pros:
1) The lights are beautiful, colorful and vibrant! They rotate through all the colors for wonderful light effects. You can pick regular brightness or dim for each, and if you just want ONE color picked to stay on, you can press the light button. (or no light at all if you prefer)
2) The plastic covering is made to look like wood and it's very real looking! Looks elegant, yet natural.
3) I LOVE LOVE LOVE that you can run this diffuser for 10 hours in low mist mode! That ROCKS! It will work in up to 300 square feet.
4) This works as a humidifier too! My son gets chapped lips if he doesn't have a diffuser in his room adding humidity! His eczema also flairs up if his skin gets too dry.
5) Runs very quietly!
6) Unique design - Heatless oil diffusion! This is best since the oil does not get heated to ensure the EO properties remain strong!
7) The timer features 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours or On (Continuous ON) VERY nice!
8) The mist can be turned to low by pressing the MIST button down for a little while (long press) You'll get a Beep for high or two Beeps for
low mist.
9) SAFE! Auto shut off when it's empty! I don't have to remember to dump out the water reservoir every time! It will shut down when it's full.
10) The aromatherapy is beneficial for sleep aid (lavender is very calming!), or to be focused and awake (lemon is great for this, or try peppermint!) Very invigorating!
Cons
1) The inside of the water compartment should have a small "Max Fill" OR just a black line with arrow printed at the bump going around to be VERY clear where the max fill line is. I saw in the directions that the maximum water amount should be 300 ml (I see that it's 1 1/3 cup), so that helps!
2) How many drops to use? I am not sure what the recommendation is, so I guessed on drops of Essential Oil. I suppose it's personal taste in aroma! Most people will put in 5 to 12 drops of essential oil. Much of this depends on the size of the room, how strong you would like the scent lingering for around you. I think adding guidelines on number of drops may be a welcome addition.
Overall, this is a really cool looking diffuser that works GREAT! It gets the job done and will work through the night! I love that.

1) ** ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR DIFFUSER IS UNPLUGGED FROM ITS POWER OUTLET BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO CLEAN IT **
2) Fill your diffuser about halfway with clean water. Make sure you stop well below the max line.
3) Add up to 10 drops of pure white vinegar. This will help in removing the oils that are stuck inside the diffuser and on the glass or plastic pieces.
4) Let the diffuser run for about 3-5 minutes to allow the water-vinegar mixture to disperse throughout the unit and clean it.
5) Drain the diffuser completely.
6) Using a cotton swab dipped in vinegar, clean the tight spots and corners of the diffuser to make sure that no spots are left dirty.
7) Rinse with clean water.
8) Empty again and you’re good to go.

I don't smell anything with mine and it's been on with mist coming out for over 3 hours. Could it be that it's NOT the brand of essential oil of the diffuser I'm using even though that shouldn't make a difference.

For the hour settings, does setting it to 1 hour mean that it will turn on every hour and diffuse for a certain period of time or does it mean that it will run for an hour and shut off?
Please, please help! My wife cannot sleep w/o her essential oils diffuser, unfortunately, all varieties of aromas attack my allergies and make me tear & gag so bad that I cannot even be on the same floor of the house. Is there such a thing as "fragrance-free" essential oil?
Other than plain water to just have a mist, there's no oil I know of that is totally fragrance free. Maybe just use it like a humidifier?

I can see the mist when I use mine. Are you using distilled water? Someone posted above that the amount of salt and minerals in your water make a difference. I'm just using tap water with a normal filter on it. Our Midsouth tap water is safe to drink, so I don't use bottled or distilled water. If you cannot smell the essential oil, that's weird. How many drops do you use? I'd send it back if it's not working properly. Amazon is good about returns. I've had to return a handful of things over the years.

Hey! Loved your video. I lost my instructions and couldn’t remember how much water to put in. As I was watching this, I made a discovery! If you look REALLY closely directly across the air intake hole, there are faint numbers that identify the ML. The line you mentioned may not be the max, I’d check just incase. :)

How do I fix mine,its just 1 day old and its just powering on then one beep the it automatically shuts down. Water levels are okay. I tried cleaning it but nothing works out.

Mine is similar but has an opaque top on it that lets the light out and a little band just above the switches, and it has Bluetooth speaker as well. mine is the darker woodgrain look.
Do you smell the scent in the whole room or only when you put your face up to it
I have the same problem.First use I added 5 drops of orange essential oil and I could only smell the aroma by going really close to it...
Keep adding some more - try at least 10 drops and test that.
I was wondering why the mist want coming out, I had to put water in it🤪

Thank you but I do not see any most coming out and when I press the button to change the duration I.e 2hr, 4hrs continuously. It beeps twice then the light shuts off and it turns itself off. Can you please help😔

I have the same but mine does have fill lines. Its very unclear engraved on the inside of the reservoir.

I bought a diffuser and I added the amount of drops it required and still not much smell so I added more drops not much smell -had to get right by it to smell it so it just became too costly to keep adding oil for nothing? I wouldn't buy another one

Hello! I have a very similar one :) but I’m very very new in this world, so (just to be sure) I was wondering if it is normal for the diffuser to “sweat”. I know the water is condensating and making the little drops, but the first time I turned it on I didn’t really notice if it had drops or not; so now I just wanna know if it is normal please, and thank you!
It's happening to me with the smoke it comes with litlle drops idk yet whether its normal
Well, a little condensation may happen, so place it on a pad to protect a wood table. I don't notice a lot but it depends on how dry your home is for % of humidity in the air. Good luck!
How is the scent throw. Want something that will scent a 300sq ft room. Im sure it depends on the fragrance type. Ive had diffusers that tou can only smell if your rite next to it.

Oh my goodness! I hope you can regain your sense of smell. Yikes! Be careful. My Grandpa's lungs were damaged when he was washing his hands in a sink that someone had dumped some unknown solvent/chemical into. The hot water created steam and he inhaled it by accident - then he got emphysema. :( (Can you use a special mask to mix pool chemicals?? One that blocks the harmful chemicals?!)

Can you please tell how long should the diffuser used for in 1 session. I have read that it shouldn't be used for more than 20 minutes at a time. Is that right?
I have an exact knock off version of this diffuser. I was trying to figure out how to fix it. It was working for about a month then whenever I go to turn it on it beeps turns on quickly and then shuts off again. Anybody know what the issue could be
I have the same 'knock off' (theyre all from same manufacturer, theyre all the same) and it beeps when its empty and humidity sensor doenst feel water and then turns off automatically. If you havent cleaned it yet. Clean it. If you have cleaned it but its still not working,maybe the sensor isnt clean enough or clogged. You have probably been using tapwater instead of distilled water? (maybe not, idk) Anyway find the humidity sensor and try to soak it with natural vinegar for a day, that will loosen anything clogged by water residue stuff. Ofcourse always unplug the machine before cleaning and never dump electrical parts in liquids. Also dont turn it on with vinegar inside..... I have no idea what that even does. When you do turn it on with vinegar let me know what happened hahah.

If using tap water, you will get more mist because of the mineral content. It will need cleaning more often though because of mineral build-up. Turn off and unplug your diffuser. Wipe out the reservoir with a wet cotton cloth. Dip a cotton swab in rubbing alcohol and clean the ultrasonic plate to remove any extra buildup. Rinse the reservoir with water; then wipe it clean and dry up excess water with a soft cloth.

Love this diffuser, but it keeps bubbling + gurgling. I don’t mind a bit of noise, but its kind of annoying. How can I stop this?

Hmm... I have tried to look for a solution to this. 1.) CLEANING METHOD
To clean, pour enough distilled white vinegar inside the empty water tank to cover the base of the tank. Let soak overnight. Rinse with warm water (being sure to avoid getting water into the air vent opening at the top of the tank). Take something soft such as a cotton swab or cotton ball and gently wipe up around the ceramic diffusing disc at the bottom of the tank. Refill with water, making sure the level is noticeably below the max fill.
2.) AIR DRYING METHOD
When adding water, be sure to avoid any water getting into the air vent opening at the top of the water tank. That opening leads directly to the electronics, the unit will not function correctly if they get wet. To be on the safe side, try air drying your unit by removing the top, flipping the base upside-down and letting air dry for at least 48hrs. When you go use again, be mindful of that air vent opening and make sure the water level is noticeably below the max fill indicator. I have a reverse osmosis water filter on my tap and just put room temp water in it.
Tap water often has minerals that build up. Maybe try filtered Brita pitcher or something?
Can I use warm or hot water?
Do the lights change the misting dynamics or anything like that? I got a used one with no instructions from my mother and aside from being pretty, I'm curious as to what the lights are for.

Well, that doesn't sound good. You used different essential oils in it to see how the scent would change? How many drops did you put in the water? Some people like just 5-10 drops and some like a lot more like 10-20 drops. I prefer lavender at night or citrus like orange or lemon during the day. It should not smell like "medicine" unless you're adding tea tree oil or eucalyptus maybe...

Yikes! That's weird and annoying. I don't have anything to do with the manufacturer. Try posting a question on the product link on Amazon maybe? They do answer questions on the item "ask the seller" section. I'm so sorry. Also, try cleaning the little hole at the bottom with a Q-Tip cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol. Maybe it is clogged up. If you have hard water with lots of minerals, that may be the problem. It's probably just needing to be cleaned. Not sure! Hope you can figure it out. :)

Did you ever get a refund from the seller?! I've had to send stuff back before (within one month if defective, they sent you a postage paid UPS label). If you complain enough, they sometimes refund you without having to pay shipping (past one month) or just tell you to throw it out and not send it in as they don't want to pay shipping either and cut their losses. Some Amazon stuff is pure garbage. GOOD LUCK!

I would never claim a diffuser purifies the air. I would recommend an air filter machine for that. Some EO folks will claim this but I doubt it.

Yes, I have a few different diffusers. This is the "medium-size" which is a good all-purpose diffuser.
