@ Metro Transit had an old Gillig bus that the mechanics decorated with yards of lights for the parade! Anyone could go to Dayton’s top floor and borrow a costume to match in the parade too. People would buy tickets just to watch inside the heated bleachers tent. The downtown council decided to end it, because the parade was only 1/2 hour and after that it was all adult entertainment at bars, nothing for kids. Half the crowd went home.
This entire Walking Minnesota series of 4K videos is just fantastic. A+. More, please!
Thank you! I will do my best to keep them coming. Very glad to hear you are enjoying them
What a beautiful video!
Thank you so much for sharing this awesome video my friend!💜💜💜💜💜
Thanks!
Nice
Thanks!
I remember they had that on Nicollet mall one year in place of the Holidazzle parade.
I forgot about that! They are doing a holidazzle on Nicollet again this year. I’m excited to see how it comes out, even without a parade

I have an old electric train set that looks like the black train set here! No red modern engine train set, however.
Cool! You know by now that I’m a sucker for a train!
