  • Day 4 of our Honolulu Trip - Part 2
After our hike at Monoa Falls (which is on Part 1 of Day 4), we went to Byodo-In Temple then to Kualoa Ranch for our Jungle Expedition Tour. We then went to Tropical Farms for the macademia nuts. For Dinner, we went to Helena's to try the authentic hawaiian food.

sorry to hear you were not impressed with Hawaiian food, especially when it was from Helena's... try not to think about the cost as that seemed to play strongly into your opinion. I am first generation Filipino born and raised here on Oahu over 64 years ago and have come to love eating Hawaiian foods. The time it takes to cook many of the foods and due to hardly anything being processed foods but 'real' foods is the reason why the entrees are expensive.
I loved the videos you made of Oahu ! \uuu/

I apologize if I sounded unappreciative of Hawaiian food. You were right, I focus more on the cost and didn't know enough how much time and effort was put on in making the food. Thank you for taking the time to let me know. We love our stay in Hawaii, not only it is very beautiful but also people were so kind, friendly and patient.
Thank you for watching the videos.
