@christinasaxton8623 I call it the release of a horde of trumpet wielding wilderbeasts. Apparently, the cause is a large tongue root. Nevertheless, it's become a seething resentment over the years. Before sleepbuds. I would cram various plugs in my ears. So much so they'd bleed.
I have awful tinnitus, and at night I use the Bose II Sleepbuds. I'm so looking forward to yours. I'm just concerned b/c there is only one sound on there that relaxes me. I hope you can replicate it on yours. So far the ones I've heard are not going to work for me, but I still ordered them. I think the one I use on the Bose is called Campfire. ROCK ON, Ozlo!
Very exciting! Does pairing have to happen while the buds are still in the charging case, or will they pair after they've been removed from the case? (I ask because with the Bose Sleepbuds, I've always taken them out for pairing, but maybe that's not the best way...) Thanks!
I really appreciate the updates and what looks like its going to be a great replacement to our Bose, but when can we expect the final product to be shipped.
So excited to know we are getting closer to production. I have been saying nice things to my Bose so they hold on until these ship. 😅 I am also excited to try the new features. Bose sleepbud die hard here. They saved my relationship and now I cannot sleep a night without them. They have trained my brain that once I hear that sound I am out!
Sadly, my sleep buds arrived and needing the new firmware update (ok, cool fixing bugs awesome), but the app keeps shutting down and installing the firmware. Without the firmware the App is useless and won't function at all, hence sleep buds useless... contact support, no reply and no instruction video. Sadly disappointed and want refund!!
I was an original Bose Sleepbuds backer. Basically, everything (other than logo) looks just like my current Sleepbuds. That's not a bad thing. Hopefully, Ozlo will be a big success and I can look forward mfg. support and enhancements in the future.

When you reach shipping, are you going to be able to fill all of the existing Indiegogo orders or will it be FIFO? Like...will there be waves of fulfillment or if I placed an order 2-3 weeks ago, can I expect to receive mine when other people do?
I have an OZLO set on order. I'm curious about the SleepBuds batteries. Are they NIMH or Lithium ion and how long will they last on a charge? Also, how long will the charge last on the case itself? Like domturneryoutube and those that replied below, my Bose are starting to go and I'm looking forward to receiving the OZLO buds.
Really looking forward to these. Partner has teh original sleep buds and I have the anker ones. Her sleep buds are still working I think mostly by luck having read all the battery horror story's from other users.. I have ordered two of the ozlo sleep buds as I'm hoping I can replace both her bose and my anker ones. Interested to see the play music via Bluetooth on these ozlos (which anker has too). The bose are much nicer to wear in the ears than anker. So fingers cross for the ultimate combo in ozlo.

Noticed the included USB-C cable is USB-A to USB-C. Will the case support actual USB-C charging? Will charging speed change depending on this?

You can clean the tip by putting alcohol on a small brush and rub it on the black part of the bud. Repeat it a few times. This works for my buds!
