Mine has connection issue

I've had major issues with the Ozlo Sleepbuds since getting mine in March. I reached out multiple times. Charles one of the co-founders had been replying. I have been installing each update as Charles claims it would solve the issues. However, it's clearly hardware.. none of the updates have improved the major issue in the slightest.. if anything the issue is getting worse. Charles is claiming in his emails to me that all Ozlo users are having the same problem as me. But that cannot possibly be true can it? I'm just using the default sound that came with the Ozlo buds.. I'm using phone-free mode.. The sound flickers in and out all night.. randomly.. The sound randomly cuts in and cuts out all night. This happens the entire night, randomly, usually each bud at a different time. It's happened every night even after applying every update! This is ridiculous. Sometimes it the sound 'pops' in and out causing me to wake up.. when the sound cuts out.. those are times where it will be easy to be woken up. These buds are causing a major headache. I have the emails from Charles where he promises multiple times that he will get the replacement to me in Singapore. He said he would mail it personally to me. He has backtracked once again.. and said now he doesn't want to.. and to wait for more updates. This is unacceptable. The co-founder already told me multiple times he would be getting the replacement set to me. I was supposed to already have the replacement weeks ago. This is really unacceptable. I need to share with other people what's happening.. and ask if other users are having the same issue as with my set or not? I also had the battery issue too.. where a full charge lasts 1 day or less.. That's annoying but not AS ANNOYING as the sound flickering, popping, cutting in and out all night.. every night in both buds!!!! I also had a major health emergency recently and this bullshit is adding extra stress to my life that really should have been resolved a month and a half ago with getting the replacement to me as promised!

1. Way too expensive 2. No short, medium, let alone long-term studies. 3. How are return labels labelled in terms of overseas warranty issues, shipping costs a lot to the US. 4. How are warranty issues even treated, do you have a backup stock? 5. 1 year warranty not enough, kind of suspicious tbh, given the Bose situation with so many of them breaking down between year 1 and 2. Personally, too many factors why not to get it. At this point it seems more like a cash-grab project to learn from Bose's mistakes (too long warranty, so let's shorten it, since most problems occur right after 1 year, but sell product for a higher price and use Bose as much as possible on the website. Sorry, the impression I am getting is a "worst case short-time cash grab, best case we'll dominate this market for a few years". I'm out, unless it's in the 120$ price range.

I’ve been using mine for almost 2 weeks. THEY ARE AWESOME!!! I Even more comfortable than the Bose Sleepbuds, they don’t make noise when you move around & they don’t go as far into your ear. This had me worried they wouldn’t have any noise cancelling-since my SoundCore ones don’t go in far either & have NO sound cancelling-but the sound cancelling on these is Great!! Speaking of sound, I LOVE Ocean Tide!! It’s the BEST ocean waves sound of any I’ve listened to, there is no discernible sound of it restarting (which Always keeps me awake) and completely relaxing. It’s Perfect, and I’ve definitely noticed that I’m sleeping better-of course with my insomnia (and this body) nothing is perfect, if I’m in pain there’s only so much that can help; that being said, these Truly have helped A Lot!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM!!!

My husbands snoring makes it impossible to sleep and those were the ONLY things that lasted the night and worked!! Now I’m sleep deprived and desperate!!

Big thanks for what you doing! Soar, Crimson cloak, Rainfall - my choice for sleeping. Fireglow, Misty rain - could be useful just for atmo before going to sleep. Dunno why but I dislike to sleep with any water sounds. Also there are any chance to have some "Old train" mode? I've used old night trains in Eastern Europe and love to sleep there because of how calmly they sounds.

I would really appreciate a copy of the fireplace from Bose Sleepbuds 1st generation. Or something with crickets. Please bear on mind that a lot of people suffer from tinnitus who may need high-pitched sounds.

I have awful tinnitus, and at night I use the Bose II Sleepbuds. I'm so looking forward to yours. I'm just concerned b/c there is only one sound on there that relaxes me. I hope you can replicate it on yours. So far the ones I've heard are not going to work for me, but I still ordered them. I think the one I use on the Bose is called Campfire. ROCK ON, Ozlo!
