"I'm gonna need you to get ALL the way off my back about that, _sir_ " 😂🤣
"Well, Someone Had to Explain the Liar's Dice Scene In Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" (I mean... it's literally on youtube).
You know you really love a movie when you hear a Pitch meeting about it and have answers for all the questions that arise in the video. Also, I don't know if I ever said this before but your videos are so good!
spent two hours refreshing, waiting on this lmao
Hahaha my guy...only the 1 for me but i feel ya
wait you guys don't know about 'notification bell'?
Man I did not know that Tim Burton helped with the character design of the pirates. Makes you wish that Tim Burton would do a Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
No, no it does not.
The Aztec gods line was genius. The writers really never think things through, do they?
Once again, Ryan proves he is one of the best things on TH-cam. Sheer awesomeness and talent.
something I oftend wonder in fantasy or myth movies. If a mythical creature or diety is real, then doesn't that automatically mean the whole of christianity (and the foundation of most cultures) is wrong?
Not necessarily, christians can simply say that that is some sort of demon and his priests are witches etc...
I mean, how exactly do you propose a few people with dubious backgrounds go around and tell everybody that Aztec gods are real?
@@obiwanfx the answer is simply that it's hard as hell to write plotlines that surround major paradigm shifts. it takes some genius creativity to write an entire worlds'-worth of characters who are now entirely changed by extraordinary revelation or circumstance. so hollywood just goes "so, everyone's cool with magical stuff? great!"
Why would people stop getting married just cause Aztec Gods are a thing
I will never get tired of these
What made this movie good and fun was all the random crazy adventures between the main plot points
"Why is the monkey still cursed?"
"Because."
gold coin*
He took some gold back at the end.

"Huh. I don't know but it's gonna look cool."
Please do a Pitch Meeting for 'LOST'.
“How does Will get there?”
Easy, he teleports
I love how you take the time to add office noises in the background.
5:30 "Seems like a couple of those goals might overlap..." 🤣
You should do a "Wyatt Earp"/"Tombstone" mashup where Screenwriter Guy pitches to a first Producer Guy, who completely changes the focus and decides to make "Wyatt Earp" on his own, followed by Screenwriter Guy pitching a second Producer Guy what becomes "Tombstone" instead.
I'm surprised we haven't seen any pitch meetings for the Monty Python films.
Writer Guy: "And then they get to the cave and they discover the monster is a rabbit."
Producer Guy: "A rabbit?"
Writer Guy: "Yeah a rabbit."
Producer Guy: "Shouldn't it be some sort of beast or dragon or something?"
Writer Guy: "You'd think so, but it's actually a killer rabbit like it kills one of the knights with a single bite."
Producer Guy: "Oh my God! That's horrifying! It's going to be pretty hard to kill that rabbit."
Writer Guy: "Actually it's going to be super easy, barely an inconvenience."
Producer Guy: "Oh really?"
Writer Guy: "Yeah, they just throw a holy hand grenade at it and it blows up no problem."
Producer Guy: "Oh holy hand grenades are TIGHT."
Months Python movies are clearly the inspiration for Pitch Meetings.
@@Wednesdaywoe1975 Correction: Pitch Meetings were clearly the inspiration for Monty Python movies.
Fun fact: Tim Burton, Jonny Depp, Danny Elfman, and Helena Bahnum Carter are all single hive mind.
'Seems like some of those goals fit together' was hilarious! I never thought of it that way...
How in the world do these still feel fresh and awesome after 230+ episodes? Keep it going, please!
You better make the 'At World's End' Pitch meeting soon cause we're all staying tuned. UwU
1:26 its this kinda subtle meta-humor that kills me
🤣
“Are we going to explain the basic rules of liars dice?”
“You know, I figure we’ll just kinda show them playing and people will kinda understand the game as it goes on”
“I don’t think they will”
Apparently there was a deleted scene e which would have explained it, the directors were a bit annoyed it had to be cut.
I absolutely can't wait for the next one.
Hopefully you do one for each of the pirate movies. It's one of my favorite franchises.
I don't know if I have just noticed the excellent way the screenwriter says "yeaaah" or if its new, but its marvelous.
