- Our "new" old 1952 house has a lingering old smoke smell. Not strong but I noticed it whenever I entered. I used PURA to try to help but I have a large air volume and those weren't working well enough for me. Decided to drop the $200 on this and I will say, its worth it for us. Hope this helps - not a fancy video but covers the questions I had when looking for reviews. I was not given this product to make a video.

Thank you for doing a video on this product and the detailed updates with the scents are great. With so many different scent it can be overwhelming to make a choice but having the rating is extremely helpful. Will try the recommended ones.
No prob. I see they dropped a new hotel fragrance toooo - looks real good but patchouli so I’m on the fence abt that. Sometimes it can be done right and not smell like cat pee LOL. I’ll go this week and scope it out. I need more holiday Frazier fir anyway.

Thanks for the review. I live in an old house too, the secret is a dehumidifier. Once it's cleared up only needs to be run once in a while. I use a portable one in my basement during summer.
Ah I can’t run a dehumidifier, I have a full wall of rare plants that love humidity. In fact I keep it 50-70% in here lol. We redid the roof and the smell is gone completely. Old smoke must have been stuck in the roofing paper and since I only had T1-11 and no plywood - crazy actually. New roof has real decking and a special 1.5inch foam insulation and no smoke smell anymore.
@Adrian Poe at thise humidies you need a modified house with a lot of airflow... or mould. I hope it works out.

Thanks for the video! It was very helpful! I was confused because I ordered the 50 ml scents in case I didn’t like them (at close to $50 a pop don’t want to pay more for the 120ml!) but I saw how long that nozzle was and it stuck out a whole inch and I did NOT cram it into the bottle like you did lol.. I poured the oil into the big empty bottle.. but then I got paranoid that I wasn’t supposed to do that so that’s how I found you! Absolutely NO instructions on that from Aroma 360 lol
Finding your scent recommendations has been very helpful as well because I also hate vanilla and baby powder as well as super sweet or floral.. so now I have a better idea which ones to order in the larger sizes next time. Thanks!
The bottle that comes with the machine is for the purpose you describe... When you have smaller bottles of oil it's to stop the tube being bent and damaged.

Two new scent updates and holiday scents below. I went to the showroom today to smell the fall scents. Got Fraser Fir! It smells awesome, not cheap pine and so smooth and very strong. It smells EXACTLY like the candle I always get for the holidays from B&BW. The Fresh Balsam so it’s PERFECT. Did not buy any of the other holiday scents but mostly because they were too light or were too sweet.
NEW SCENTS: Wicked games must have changed the formula. Smells nice now, kinda like a dry purple grape? It’s so much better.
HOLIDAY:
Fraiser Fir - 5 smells amazing like the bath and body fresh balsam candle
Cabin Morning - 3.5 it’s ok, smells like strong clean soap with a hint of pine Prob nice for some ppl but not my jam.
Apple Cinnamon - 3 smells accurate but too sweet for me
Autumn Leaves - 3.5 smells ok, sweet and a HINT of pine sol floor cleaner
Pumpkin Spice - 1.5 SO sweet but a spicy over pumpkin smell
Rustic Pine - 4 would be my second pine choice, simple and clean but much lighter.
Question for you: does this affect your cat at all? I have one and worry about certain scents around her. I know I’m not supposed to be using anything piney or cinammoney because of her; at least that’s what my googling showed me. Did you find this to be a problem and does your vet say anything? I use ScentAir right now and I do like it but their cartridges are so expensive!
Just plugged in mine I received for Christmas. Using Midnight in Paris. Very patchouli. I have 6 other scents to try… fun so far

New scents and some info. So there’s a new dupe on the market. They’re called Scentement and in CA. Their diffuser looks the same and the scents are cheaper! They also offer a smaller 20ml for $20. That’s nice because I spent $100 on a 120ml bottle and 50ml WITH 35% off. 😮 I don’t mind paying for great products but Aroma is pricing me out of their scents. It’s funny the new company scents are the same scent notes even some of the same signature hotels, so next round I am trying some of theirs. Anywho onto the new scents:
As ya know London calling is my fav, been running for months but wanted a change. I decided on Graceland and the new, Summer Afternoon.
-Graceland 5/5 - smells like London calling lol but sharp almost citrus notes. It’s less smooth than London calling which for me is kinda a laid back lounge in an expensive NY hotel. Graceland is like a trendy Miami lounge if that makes sense. It’s livelier, I like it for summer but it doesn’t diffuse as strong as London calling which I run on 30%. This one needs 80%.
-Summer Afternoon 5/5 - super bright, clean and sharp. Perfect for an office or workout room. I don’t get any lavender but crisp floral tiny peach and cedar wood. It’s nice I got a smaller bottle of this. It’s great but I’ll prob only run for a month for a change.
Sample Scents: these are the little sticks they have in the showroom.
-Marque Moon - 4.5/5 this is nice. Kinda like a good witchy store meets a bookstore. Very clean, fresh and smooth.
-Renegade - 3/5 Not my jam but I can see people really liking this. It’s a sharp clean soap smell, more on the masculine side which I do like. Very strong and maybe a nice fall scent that’s not too woody.
-Jolene - 2/5 Meh. Kinda peachy and fairly sweet. It does have a higher end perfume vibe.
-E11even - 1/5 sweet and kinda fake smelling. Not a fan.
-Break my soul - 2/5 whoa MINTY. Like mouthwash but not in a bad way. I’m not sure what room this would work in, maybe a bathroom. Its VERY strong mint and undernotes of cedar.
-Love Language - 1/5 not for me but I can imagine the die hard bath and body works ppl would love this. Smells like the b&bw stores, too sweet for me.
-Lavender Haze - 2/5 I really wanted a lavender scent. This falls flat, kinda baby powder and sweet ice cream? It’s odd - I don’t pick up lavender.
-Night Swimming - 3/5 Reminds me of a glade car air freshener it’s not bad, it’s very clean and kinda like a nice department store smell.
-Electric Youth - 2/5 Smells like Night swimming but with more of a pear scent and some cedar. Maybe the pear is the Lilly’s they have as a top note. It’s not terrible but mid.
-Desert Rose 4/5 I really wanted to love this because I love the fairmont smell. It’s ok, it’s going to be a very light one you’d have to run on 100%. Dainty rose and lightly woody. Would be nice if you want a spa vibe.
-Smooth Operator - 1/5 Don’t like, weird mix of scents, I pick up vanilla so it’s an instant no for me. It’s a cheap vanilla candle for me.
I also picked up the fall scents they had and only liked Rustic Pine which I ran all last winter. I think these are the same as last year. Cabin morning was ok and so was autumn leaves but not enough to buy. Pumpkin spice and apple cinnamon WAY too sweet for me.

Quick update: Since my “MyWay” had pretty much run out and I hated Escapade that I got yesterday because it smelled like that old “sunflowers” perfume, I went back to the showroom today. Surprised on the Escapade, it smelled really great in the bottle, diffused not so much. Their memorial day sale is decent so I bought 2 of the 120ml bottles this time: London Calling and Champagne Supernova. Love both of these. ***I had to bend the tube back to be straight, it’s crimped kinda worse now. I suggest if you’re using the 50ml pour that into the empty 120ml supplied bottle instead of doing what I did. It still works fine but would have been better not to crimp the hose IMO. London Calling is filling my house as I type & it’s super nice and really strong.
I also decided to take notes and rate them mostly for myself so I can order online and not drive on the insane I95 lol but maybe helpful for ppl watching as well. Rated them 0 = worst 5 = best. Of course they’ll probably smell different to your nose and I will say that I have a very sensitive nose so you may not even smell what I do at all lol.
All that said here’s my .02 (keep in mind I don’t like sweet, vanilla or anything baby powder). They’re not in any specific order, just the line up at the showroom.
Kiss by a rose - 3/5 Green/new growth rose - not a soft rose but sharp fresh cut flowers & strong
Paradise Lost - 4/5 Smells like Capri
Blue Volcano but too sweet for me
Wicked game - 2/5 Sweet but musky, kinda old lady perfume-ish?
DejaVu - 2.5/5 smells just like wicked games a tad bit better
Desert Rose - 3.5/5 Fresh rain in desert, hint of rose. Not my vibe but nice.
👍 Champagne Supernova - 5/5 crisp clean gingery/peppery (purchased)
Sunrise - 2/5 very sweet kinda cheap smelling
Chandelier - 3.5/5 Amber and sandalwood mostly but a tad too sweet for me but may try at some point.

24k - 2.5/5 All strong lemon and citrus. One of their most popular but I don’t like. Doesn’t smell expensive like London Calling IMO.

👍 London Calling - 5/5 perfect amber citrus fresh rain - this is an expensive HOTEL smell for sure. 5/5 (purchased) I have smelled this scent in some high end apartment complexes in SOFLO. Winner for me so far! Nice and strong and smells just like bottle when diffused.
Beach House - 3/5 Straight up STRONG coconut like banana boat sunscreen. No other notes. Might be nice for 1 month on summer but it is sweet.
All of me - 4/5 Very strong bright citrus mellowed out with green tea. Good for working or office. Will try next spring.
My Way - 4/5 Light and clean, a TINY hint of baby powder but fresh otherwise. (Purchased but not sure I would again)

I have spoke with two people who walked me thru sinking the remote with the diffuser. Didnt work so i text with another person, didnt work. Mow they want me to talk to another but im thru. I have done all there is to do but throw it and im about ready. I tried to send it back and they said not eligible. Does your green lite come on stay on?
@@debrajarnagin7101 am sorry it’s giving you problems. No the green light doesn’t stay on all the time, only when it’s actually diffusing. When you click the remote buttons do the lights flash red at all, like very fast? If yes it’s seeing the remote already. Try replacing the remote batteries also. When you push the GREEN button on the REMOTE does the green come on and stay on?

UPDATE ON OIL: ok so it’s been just over 2 weeks. There is exactly 1/2 inch of oil left in the bottle running every day at 4hrs a day density all the way up and 80% on the remote. I will say a couple nights I went ahead and ran it a little longer. I also decided to go ahead and order Escapade - it is nice, very strong but smells a little like that “sunflowers” perfume that was popular years back. Not bad… does smell expensive thou but not sure it’s my jam. Unit still working great :) I didn’t even clean it between scents.

For sure some are SUPER strong. I’m still using the Frazier fir and almost out. I think I’ll just get another one of these for winter. It’s such a great smell and not cheap smelling at all. What is your office using? I think there’s a couple new scents I’ll hav to go check out soon.
Thanks for the review. By the way, get an ozone generator for your "old house" smell. Take your plants and kitty out, then set it to run for an hour or two. They are very inexpensive. I moved into an old house that developed an awful smell that we couldn't pinpoint (had a pro come out and everything) but that little generator solved it permanently.
Thanks for that! You know what's WILD, we had to re-do the roof because it was hot AF. There was ZERO plywood! it was just the T1-11 decking and then paper. Once we re-did the roof with a special insulation made for Caribbean ceilings and added plywood and removed the paper the smell totally went away. HA! It must have been the smoke smell stuck in the paper. So weird but I am glad it's gone. Still nice to have the aroma 360! I got the Fraizser Fir and WHOA its nice. No pine sol smell but super deep real pine forest smell and not sweet.

I am thinking of trying the Hotel Collection, but I'm not sure what scent to get and they're not cheap! With the holidays coming, though, the Frasier Fir would be perfect. I received my mini360 yesterday and my home smells amazing! I have two 120ml bottles of Mystify which smells beautiful! I also have a subscription so I may try London Calling next. But definitely worth every penny!
London calling is my fav for sure so far! I have champagne supernova in reserve also - I think those two will be my winners.

NEW SCENTS: Headed to MIA today to smell “some” of the new scents and get more London calling lol. Honestly LCalling is just my jam. AGAIN my nose is not your nose. These are MY personal scent takes: As before ranked 1-5 (5 being best)
-Iris - 4 very clean smell just like a fresh flower shop.
-Sister Christian - 3.5 clean, light, little clove herbal notes. You’d have to run this one on full blast to smell it.
-Adore - 3 clean crisp light scent, totally laundry detergent - in a good way.
-Eternal sunshine - 4.5 TAD too sweet for me but VERY crisp clean very strong and very spa like. I can see ppl liking this one and I might give it a try.
***THE FOLLOWING 3 WERE ONLY SAMPLE STICKS IN SAMPLE BAGS (they did not have any bottles of these 3 new oils to dip and smell but should be the same)
-Eleven - 2.5 Hints of coco and vanilla comes through, lilac heavy. Too sweet for me. A tad too perfume-y
-Exhale - 3 pretty astringent. VERY strong. I was hoping for more lavender but the eucalyptus overpowers it
-Smoke on the water (Tom ford) I don’t know how to rank this one lol sorry! It literally smells like smoke on the water. I don’t like it & I don’t hate it. Kinda “speakeasy” vibes here. VERY heavy tobacco leaves, vanilla first and some cinnamon do some through. Not “Smokey” but like spicy/smoke? This one is really hard to describe accurately. Pretty masculine (despite heavy vanilla) but not cologne masculine, so I can see the guys liking this one but I wouldn’t buy it.
They didn’t have Bliss, sweet Caroline or watermelon sugar available to smell but I’ll go back next month for these since I like most of those smells. Somehow I missed asking for pink sands and waterfalls. I’ll try to get all of those next time and recompile the list into one again.

Hey I live in Vegas too but I have a Hotel Collection unit, I thought abt using a different companies scents/fragrance oil but after spending like $840 on the HVAC Villa Diffuser unit, I'm too scared to lol especially knowing what kinda company HC is! I can't believe I didn't think abt using Ali Express before I spent all this $$, I wasn't thinking clearly the night I made the purchase online (clearly) LOL if I wasn't on a trailmix 💊💊and feeling good i don't think i would have spent this much. OH well! lol. ohhhhhh and they def need an app for this price!!!
Just started running Champagne supernova. It’s “ok”, VERYYYY strong! I am only running it on 20%! I still like London calling the best so far, smells the most like an expensive hotel. I am going to the showroom tomorrow to check out the new holiday scents!

Awe thanks, she was a pound kitty. We have two (not siblings) but the other one is sketch cat. I’m not familiar with or have used any other diffusers other than the PURA plug in ones. So far I really love Aroma360. London calling is soooo good.

Hi thank u for the video, no more candles, I order it already wait still to receive a tracking number. Can you do a video with a update how it's working and if the house holds the smell? With this mini diffuser.
Nothing really to update. It’s still working great I still love it, it still scents my whole livingroom and I think it’s a great product. Once you turn it off the smell linger for about 45 minutes to an hour and then you won’t smell it anymore it has to be on to actively smell it.
What smell would u say is like a SUPER STRONG clean smell like clean laundry , linen smell ? Or like ocean smell ... i also like sweet smells like vanilla

Just got mine not working researched googled and disassembled and reassembled still nothing. I did notice my remote doesn’t look like the ones in the videos. Mine is all black. Green on,Red off buttons and 6 other buttons lo, Med, high, 2,4 8 hour buttons

Any advice on how long to run the machine if we want the 60ml bottle to last a month? We have the subscription. We have it on 20% now but haven't turned it off yet. Should we only run it for a limited time each day?
The people in the showroom said to make the device last longer 4 hours a day is recommended. I think I’d do 8 max. But at 20% for 8hrs a day you should get more than a month from it.
Good review Thanks I think I'll stick with Glade I don't want a product that's going to wear out if I decide to use it this thing should be programmed to run 24 hours. I don't want to constantly have to be switching it on and off all the time
Does it come with the scent?
Again, I guess you could screw in the bottle but I tranfered the fluid to the bottle it came with and the pump has lots of room. I just did that automatically.
Again, as I mentioned in the comments this would be better to not crimp the hose. Mine still works perfectly fine with a 120ml bottle now.

HELP please. I setup mine, and did everything it said, but I'm not getting anything out of the top? It's on and all. I had read some negative reviews about customer service. Should I just go ahead and reach out to the company?
How is the connection of the base and top on yours? I just received mine and seems like isn’t flush seal. I’m wondering if this is a manufacturer defective? When I run my fingers on it I can feel the ridge.

Mine just delivered today. It has a bubbling sound when diffusing and it sounds like it turns of and kicks back in sometimes.
There is a slight noise but more of a fan noise. Maybe there’s air in the tube line? I’d try reinserting the bottle. If you have it set to like 20-60% it kicks on and then turns off to achieve the percentage. I also thought it would just adjust the diffuser part but that’s not how it work. On and off is normal if you have lower density% settings. If you have on 90% that should not be doing that IME.
Same happened to me with the bubbling sound when I put a new scent in. I took the bottle off and pushed the pippet hose up onto the device a little more….not too hard. Just gave a little push. Put the bottle back on and the bubbling noise was gone

Is your Aroma360 collecting oil on top of the unit where the spout releases the mist?
Oh for sure no. That’s not normal. I’d get in touch with customer service for sure.

Order the scents from Aroma 360. I would NOT diy. Some diffused essential oils can be deadly to pets and bad for us also.
You use the unmarked bottle and pour from the smaller marked bottle.

Yes that’s correct. It will run for that amount of time and turn off.
Hi, amazing video but I have a question. Can you use it without the cable. Or it needs to be plug in to work?
Yes, it has to be plugged into work. There is no internal battery it’s not rechargeable.

Hey, Adrian......I have bought many different scent systems and what I always notice is that they are strong and first and then the scent runs out way before the oil is gone. Have you noticed that with this system? I hesitate to buy more systems because that always happens with them.....great at first but then not so much at the end; the scents don't last as long as the oils.
Mine had been strong all the way to the last 1/4 inch in the bottle. No issues with that at all for me. Also you do get used to smells, so if you’re in it all day it won’t seem as strong. That’s really common and even happens to me with my bedroom pura devices. I’d I leave and come back it’s totally strong vs sitting inside working all day. Hope that makes sense.
@@adrianpoe4416 It does make sense. I have the Pura and I am not impressed with it. Maybe because it is in too big of a room, but.....didn't do much for me. @@bayyjayy anytime! YES! I have small 8x10 bedrooms in my cute old house and pura is GREAT for those. Anything larger and it’s no go. Scent is totally lost and I have a bloodhounds nose LOL! This thing is great. I am running Frazier fir as I type and GAH it smells amazing!! I will say that ppl have had issues with the company. I have not because I go to the show room but I see a lot of ppl saying customer service is not great. Just be aware of that. Shipping is slow also.

Not much to report on so far. Oil is down about 3/4 inch. I think I am going to put mine on a timer and see if that works and see if it auto turns on. I wish it had a timer function actually, that you could set to a time on and off vs just 2,4,8hrs. If you have a large house the HVAC might be worth it! Maybe start with the cheap one to be sure lol, the big units aren’t cheap!
I have seen numerous reviews but haven’t seen any that are recent reviews. I saw the price for the HVAC😳and decided to do the mini version first to see how I like it and the smell. Thank you so much for responding.

Just ordered the Mini and they sent me a coupon for the VanGogh... And with the discount it's only like $90 more. I wonder how they would compare. I have a medium sized 2 bedroom townhouse and would like to have the whole place scented. Btw I ordered 25k magic as my scent.
@@bigboyzbelts4512 the Van Gogh is large and scents heavily - probably about double of the mini judging by seeing the plume of smoke coming out at the showroom. That’s the one they run in the showroom. Check the prices of bottles for that thou, I believe they’re $90 a bottle so that can get pricy IMO.

I just my got my 2nd diffuser but gave me silver instead of the black one I ordered. Worse part is my new diffuser, the light turns on, but nothing happens , no motor running, silent and obviously not diffusing. Anyone know how to trouble shoot this ?
What a bummer! Do both lights turn on? The top is “on” and the bottom light is run. ALSO if you set it to like 20 or 30% the bottom light will come on and off as that’s how it regulates the density. That confused me at first. So if you turn it on and set to 100% you don’t feel a very slight vibration? Also if you run it for like 10min and then open the top, the very top of the oil has little tiny fine micro bubbles and looks hazy. If none of that is happening I would just reach out to them, they’ve been responsive on FB. What was wrong with the first one? HTH

Now my other Hotel Collection diffuser makes gurgling noises with the new oil bottle. Dont know why. Is each bottle have thicker oil than others? lol

I forget exactly but I just did a quick search and found one for $140 and free shipping “Column Aroma Diffuser Essential Oil Home Air Freshener Scent Machine Air Flavoring Environment Aromatizer Hotel Office Perfume” start there and look around at suggestions and usually you’ll find cheaper ones. I did see it at $120 and free shipping before I bought mine. Keep in mind with aroma 360 discounts for oil subscriptions (which you can cancel at any time - no contract) the small unit is about the same price as from AliExpress. They just had a 50% off small units Memorial Day sale that might still be going on. Check their FB page for the discount. That would be cheaper than AliExpress with their promo right now. Another reason I wanted to buy directly from them is you do get better customer support and with AliExpress you’re on your own. Just things to consider :) I love AliExpress and order quite a bit, ESPECIALLY lighting!! I get $1000 fixtures for $200 haha! Have two chairs on their way that were $1700 each online and I got TWO with shipping for $800 lol. It’s wild. I’m kinda a product manufacturer sleuth cause I’m cheap! 🤣

Nope they say no oil fall out or residue. I haven’t seen any and my rare plants haven’t had any reaction to it. It is on the other side of the room from my plants. I don’t do the subscription anymore because I live close enough to the showroom, I just go get my bottles in person. I am heading again soon to test out their fall scents!

Like a video update? I mean there wouldn’t be much to discuss. I still have it. I still love it I still use it still works great. I haven’t had any problems with it. I’m not gonna use anybody else is oils because… why would I? I’m lucky enough to have the show room close by so I can smell everything in advance. I also really like their scents and I don’t feel like putting in the effort to find something else when I love when I’m using already 👍.

Can you use the aroma 360 oils in just a regular diffuser?
I have no idea. That would probably be a question that you can ask the manufacturer. Other than knowing that the ingredients are just essential oils natural and pet safe I don’t know what else is in that liquid so I would not feel comfortable telling you to do something that could be dangerous.

No and I wouldn’t trust anything liquid from AliExpress. Who knows if it’s safe or whatnot. IMO their scents are worth the money.

Hey sorry I missed this question. They say only to 400sq ft. But my room is like 600 plus vaulted ceilings. The scent you choose matters. Lighter scents don’t seem to cover as much as stronger for obvious reasons.

Did u watch the video? At the end you’ll see it’s fine but it’s there. Use flashlight at night and you’ll see it. Do you smell it?
I don't "see" anything coming out from mine. But I definitely smell it.
So.. I’ve had this thing for 7-8 months. At first it worked great. Smells amazing. I even went out and got another one. And it will work for a good 3-4 months. But then it stops. Maybe the oil gets clogged or something. I follow the instructions and run alcohol though it but it just stops working properly. So I don’t recommend it.

I've had mine for a month and it just completely stopped diffusing. The motor comes on, but nothing is coming out of the top. I've cleaned it out completely and nothing. I've sent an email but haven't heard back yet. Super disappointed.

Not that I know of and I would never use something that’s not know to be safe for my pets and plants. I went with this company because they ensure the scents are safe.

I have 3 and all 3 stopped working at the 6-8 mth mark. Loud noise started around 2-4 month mark. Now there is no diffusion happening. Cleaned as ordered. I’m not satisfied. Looking for another option

So my defuser turns on I hear it operate and all. I don't see the mist though. I smell it. I also noticed yours was a little dented in on the top as opposed to how it was when u started ... so I pushed down and it went in as well. Is that what creates the mist? I just wanna see the mist 😂😂😂😭😭😭
I’m sorry I’m not quite sure what you’re talking about. I did not push the top of mine in at all. I don’t know what you mean by dented. It’s a little bit of a concave on the top, which is normal. I don’t think you should push anything down at all… that sounds like you may have broken it. You will not see the smoke unless you use your flashlight in a dark background. I still don’t see mine at all during the day and honestly never at night unless I’m using my flashlight which kinda picks it up. This model seems to be not made to have a large plume. The larger units do for sure when I was in the showroom they did.
@@adrianpoe4416 I didn't break it lol I just pushed down a little and it went down. It's not broken. I just don't see the mist. I smell it though and I hear it. Apparently mine is also a newer version that they are about to post on the website. They're in the process of updating it. Due to the manufacturer changing. Mine has one button as opposed to two. It also has a simpler all black remote. Not going to lie I like yours better. Lol , I wish I can post a photo so you can see it. Also ... the bottle and pipe thingy you thought was way too big is now smaller. Thank God !

I have the 120 ml now. The starter comes with the 50ml. I think the 50ml are great for trying out a scent although the 120 is only like $15 more.

LOL uhhh the video was my honest opinion. I have seen the bad reviews. I get it but I’ve had a great experience. It does help that I have the showroom near to choose scents and get a repair if needed.

I would personally only use the oil specific to the unit they sell. That would be at your own risk.

I got another bottle of London calling today ;) love that sh*t lol. I did smell all the new ones too - three were only small samples as they didn’t have them in stock yet. DO NOT BUY! Warning i received my diffuser 3 days ago. Mine stays on blue light. It works when on green lite. It will not stay on green lite. I tried to get a refund and they said im not elegible
That’s how it works. The blue is power on and the green is “active running”. If you set it to 30% it only runs for a minute (green light) and then green light turns off but blue remains on. I can see how this is confusing for people. It took me a bit to understand it as well. Even at 90% you will see the green turning off once in a while. The lower the % you set it too the less often it will kick on and be green light. Mine is at 20% right now and only green maybe every 45 seconds or so and then off for a couple minutes... I haven’t timed it but that is normal or at least the same as mine. Set it to 90% and see how long the green stays on. You are right thou if the green isn’t on it’s not “actively diffusing”.
All of that said you for sure should be able to get better customer service. I have also heard their CS isn’t great, try scheduling a call with the Miami showroom, they always have been very helpful when I go in. They’re also opening a new store in Boca, I will go check it out when it opens. Maybe Facebook would be a good way to reach out, I just have a feeling their website customer service is overseas or something and they aren’t really helpful.

Typically I don’t run mine every day nor do I run it at 100%. Usually at 50% or less when I do run it. $89 a month is only if you want to get the large diffuser for free. I have the mini and the 120 bottles have lasted me well over a month, nearly 2 but I also don’t run it on full. You can pay for the large $600 machine outright as well instead of the subscription. I have the mini and it’s $65 for a 120bottle. I didn’t do the subscription after all since I can get the scents locally in Miami. This is definitely not for somebody who would like a low cost product. Glade plug-ins or B&B works plug ins may be more your speed.
