    I was hoodwinked. They never verbalized it would be a contractual agreement. Additionally, it was for 3 years and there was no explanation of there being a third party loan. If you call ensure that you verbally specify that you want to cancel the service. Send it back with the same week and ensure you use a major carrier like FedEx or UPS with tracking. I even sent in an alert to the BBB. These fraudulent crooks need to have a class action lawsuit filed against them.

    My Paris collection candel exploded in my kitchen and almost set my hole house on fire. I went into a traumatic panic attack with fire rescue at my door an all. These candles are beyond dangerous!!!!!!

      It's worth sharing! The new technology is amazing and it WILL change the atmosphere of your house, but no need to wrap yourself up in a multi thousand dollar contract and credit check for your house to smell nice! There are other options with decent companies who are willing to earn and maintain your long term business, but force you into it!

    The scents barely let the smell out either the diffuser or the oil not to sure but mine don’t let my whole house smell good only close by the diffuser you can smell it only. The Glade plugins are way the hell better smell diffusing

    These guys are calling me with the same BS. I've never heard of them and I wasn't living at the address they have registered to the account on file. I had already been gone a year!

    Who on earth finances a diffuser ??? Clearly you can’t afford it and screwed yourself over. I got my diffuser half off did one month subscription then canceled and that was as simple as it was. When my remote didn’t work I emailed them and first had me do a troubleshoot and it worked and I was happy eventually my remote wasn’t working at all and they quickly shipped me a new one free of charge. Can’t say anything negative or misleading in my expe.

      They tell you you’re signing up for an oil subscription and the diffuser is free. Pls make sure you have your info correct before you judge people on false information.

    Wow , this is so surprising . I have 2 of their pro pod wireless spray . I change my scents monthly or skip when I need a break . All is well and so far I love the scents.I also purchased their 4 wick scented candle and the wicks were so short and only one would light up . The customer service rep was very kind and sent out a replacement. Other candles I have brought from them are lovely scented and I had no problems . Their rooms sprays are also nice . I did receive a call from them saying something about vip , but I never returned the call . I will keep it simple and get the scents I like. I am Not interested in a sales pitch . However when trying to cancel a room spray monthly because I now had a wireless pro pod took several emails to get it done . So they will try to keep you from canceling by offering other suggestions. That actually bothered me a little because it wasn’t cancelled immediately , but that’s what sales people do. The product is fantastic and I love it !

    I got hoodwinked too. A free diffuser in exchange for a 3-year subscription. What they didn’t say is that it would be financed. I have 2.5 years to go and the diffuser doesn’t light up (green vs red) like it first did. Would never have agreed to the financing had I known.

    I love Miami since the 1980s but I noticed every time business is being conducted out of there some fraud always pops up. To which I would ask this particular company why? You already famous and all over the place when it comes to scent for the house and maybe hotels, why go and scam people for a bull shit subscription? Sad and pathetic that greed got the best of them.

    You can just order the diffuser and the oils by themselves … the subscription is a choice.

    it's easy say no and read before signing, whilst unacceptable practice, they are not holding a .un to your head, be a grown up and read before signing!

    Trick. You buy the diffuser and when you do oil sub, it's cancel anytime.

    Big reason I don’t talk to sales people over the phone. I have had 2 360’s and had zero issues. I read my contract and refused any membership. I buy my oil on Amazon when I need it.

    A lot of these aroma companies out of Florida are a scam and sell cheap diluted oils.

      @@cjsiss were you able to cancel? I'm going through this now. Signed up Monday night and the next day I reached out to them to just cancel the order. They said I would have to schedule an appointment with the cancellation department and the earliest appointment is a week later. So, there is no one there to talk too??? I then asked them to cancel the shipment since I was told it hadn't shipped yet. He said it's in the "shipping process" so it can't be cancelled. I wish I would have gone on the BBB before I signed up, they have over 430 complaints filed.

      Yes, it’s finally over as of July 1, 2024, two days before my first payment would be due. I received several calls apologizing for all the misunderstandings. This was after several emails to them and meetings set up by them by phone but no call came. I just didn’t let up on them. Looks like they’re still snagging people.

      @@cjsiss Yes they are, and I rejected the delivery from UPS on Saturday, and they are supposed to call me today, doesn't sound like they will. I am not going to give up and if they don't call today, I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and with the financing company. This is just ridiculous; it should not be this hard to cancel an order. Thank you for the response, I have not been able to sleep since this started, I'm in total panic mode. I so glad to hear you were able to cancel.

      My contacting the finance company was most helpful. Please contact them. There will be a running thread of what you say and then the company responds there. Yes, BBB as well.
      Both helped, but you must do it or they won’t call you back

    Okay, well that just answered what brand I want. I’m going with Aroma Retail, because I know that’s the brand Loews Hotels uses to scent their Orlando resorts. Years of good history is the clear answer, here.

    Maybe I just got lucky, but I have been happy with my VIP Subscription to Aroma 360/Hotel Collection. Everything was explained to be about the monthly oil program. It has been 7 months and I love my Penthouse diffuser and the Dream On scent.
