I have this in my office. Scents are good but actual diffuser is not any good. And this company knows it which is why they will only put a warranty on the diffuser for 3 months. They wanted me to surrender the broken machine to get the armoa pro at a discounted price because I’m a good customer. So if I send the broken back for no refund, someone else will get it and at their full selling price. I purchased several scents of which I can’t use on anything else. The machines are just the “pencils “. The scents are the “lead” once you get on their subscription of scents, you can’t get out. This is too expensive and their company will not back their own product. You’ve been warned.
Product reliability is poor, customer service problem resolution is unresponsive. Investigate warranty/replacement policies prior to purchase. Quality value does not justify price.
I have a ZenMeIn which is basically the same as this device. It's on the 1st floor which is about 1400 sq ft and works great. If it's flooding your house and too strong then you need to adjust settings. There's probably an App to control and it has a Time on/Time off setting for how long it mists. I have two puppies and this is awesome on a 50on/220 off setting. I've used all sorts of candles and plug ins at $60+ a month and none are even in the same league especially a glad automatic sprayer.
I purchased "my way" scent....I love it so far, my only issue is the automatic timer on the wireless pro dispenser....it's sprays too often...they need like a 30 min or 60 minute option...spraying every 5mins ( why is the highest time you can pick in between sprays) is way too often
Thank you, I did order this in silver, I received it today and tried the London Calling. My home is 1671 square feet. in less than 1hr my house was full of this scent OMG fantastic. BUT the scent smelled like perfume (nice) but very stronggggg, and I started getting sick to my stomach. Awful. I also bought Sweetest Taboo. I'm going to let my house air out and then try that one. I had to turn on my Humidifier/Purifier , it smelled really good in the bottle, we will see. Thank you for the update. much appreciated. I so agree with you. The scents have to be right or this is a WASTE!!

I got triple vision by the evening, eyes were pouring water and my throat was closing up on me. It was very scary as i had never had an aromatherapy scent do this to me before. I run a diffuser daily. Actually i run two and never had this problem. So now i'm out almost $300.00 because they refuse to refund my money even though i returned the diffuser and 2 bottles back to them. My bank even disputed the charge with them but they still refused. Just be very careful and listen to some negative reviews. Wish i had but i watched so many good videos that i was sure that i would be happy. Good luck!
I wish i looked into the refill prices before i bought this. It does work & my house smells amazing- i just hate paying $80 for an air freshener when i can just boil some water with oranges and a few cloves on the stove for 2 minutes for a hell a lot cheaper - i put the car freshener in my guest bath, it’s motion sensitive so it adds a nice puff of air when someone walks in. This guy was supposed to pour the little bottle into the big bottle- i hope he didn’t crack his hose ramming it in there like that. I drove from Venice to Naples just to smell these things & the sales girl was on the phone for an hour, Very rude & didnt say i’ll be with you soon, or go Fuck yourself. so an hour and a half drive to only sniff around then order on line when i got home. BE CAREFUL when ordering that you CLICK off of the SUBSCRIBE BOX Or you’ll be getting charged and stuff in the mail that you never ordered! Read every detail before final order!
I saw on youtube by a neurologist that its not good to be breathing in all these scents she stated the number one reason is that most people dt air the house out when i light candles etc i open my window to let fresh air in as well i can still smell the scents but i open my window your body is telling you something when you get a headache.

From other reviews I've read the price isn't worth it. Glade automatic sprayer does the same thing, and it cost less. Seems like soon as a so called celeb sells something on tv everyone rushes to get it. But to each their own.
Stay far away from this company. The sales reps are misleading in their communication and you will end up stuck in a 36 month contract and owing $4000 + with no way out.
I can’t stand Pura or Aera… devices too buggy and irritating. And one of them’s customer service is god awful. I’d be willing to try ANYTHING else besides those again.

I wish I read this before, I’m having the same issue with the hardware. And I can’t use these pods in my other diffusers.

Can you buy oils from a different company and refill the bottle?
Can you not fill the bottle with essential oils such as doterra??? Will it not work with other oils?
You have to pour the oil into the larger clear plastic bottle that comes with the machine initially, not the bottle of oil.

Depending on your setting average is about 30 day if you put it to diffuse less amount less often definitely will last longer
I love this thing tbh, don’t understand the complaints since I have a big home, & 1 of these really spreads out across 2400 sqft on my main floor.

Depending on how large your home is and number of hvacs. You’re better off with a professional grade diffuser!

No. Aroma360 uses proprietary oils. All essential oil blends.
We have 2 units and they both are making such a loud buzzing sound we had to stop using them.
You need to lower the concentration % it goes from 20%~ 95% you probably had it on 95% easy use
