One and a half hours prior to the concert, conductor Rudolf Lutz and theologist Karl Graf give a workshop on the musical and theological background of the cantata BWV 129 "Gelobet sei der Herr, mein Gott".

One comment struck a chord that of listening to Bach in your attic! I am not a musician but not a day passes by but I need his music as a 'fix'! His music wraps around you and you feel that 'closeness' . Thank you for the subtitles but mere language is not enough to understand the 'Trinity'. Your 'duet' that of a Musician (Mr. Lutz) and a Theologian (Mr. Graf) brings out the essence of Bach, the Christian and Musician rolled into one, in a most illuminating manner. Thank you.
