@GlennHolmesLA Yes, of course I'm really enjoying 😉..I thank God for you 🙏..atleast I can demonstrate a left hook with great confidence and great power on a punching bag
Great stuff Coach, I like how you break down the mistakes and how to fix them. I especially like how you teach a coach to coach! If that makes sense. Keep up the good work. I enjoy watching your videos. I am a former boxer and I’m the process of learning to coach my two sons. Thank you!
Hi first of all solid points sir And can you please tell some stretching exercises for sprained wrist caused from wrong hook techniques Much appreciated
hello mate, lots of wrist mobility work and soft tissue work, check out my mittwork masterclass elite package, there are 10 wrist mobility drills videos in there to help with that, thanks mate 👍🏻
true from a defensive standpoint but the only way to throw a hook is to life the elbow, it’s one of the few times the elbow comes away from the body in boxing
great video for me as im so new may i ask , the lady's foot portision is not traditional,, but it looks a better way to stand to twist the feet and hips ,, hope this makes sense, ty for your time and support
Grreat Videos! Thank you very much for the nice training tipps! One question for the pad feeder...on the hook your pad is coming out to the boxer. Isn't the hook you teach in this video, a short range punch? So shouldn't the boxer get in to hit the pad instead of the pad going out to her? In "reality" there would be no target where the hook lands after a 1-2 and not stepping closer. Hopefully you know what i am trying to explain :-)
yes that makes sense, on the pads using the hook off the 1,2 is more of a technique thing, the 2 allows the weight transfer to execute the hook a bit better, but in terms of accuracy / a more fight specific scenario: correct, it would out of range off the 1,2, unless the opponent slipped the 2 or brought their head into range, but that’s getting very technical & size / height of who’s involved comes into play etc, hope that helps answer your point
there is a full video on this mate on my channel, the Mayweather mittwork breakdown video, please leave a comment on that video so i know you found it, thanks

Good stuff, Glenn. The one i see the most, or the one that’s most persistent, is the foot staying flat while not torquing the hips.

Could you do a video on range of combination that goes into a loop. Same as folyed where he keep on and on.
Thanks again

Madam looks like my cousin. And my cousin also wears a tiara.
I was 12-0 but 9 years ago damaged a ligament in my shoulder and could not lift even a bottle of water up

Muay Thai and mma don’t squish the bug when hooking. Leg kicks and takedowns are always in play.
