Been trying to master it for a while… some improvements but I wasn’t satisfied… seen a lot of videos but just now after this one I realized what is still wrong. No videos I’ve seen showed that hand movement away from face before you throw it. Pristine editing and narrative all along the video. Great job! Thank you 🙏

Can you make another video on how to throw hooks, specifically on how to throw them safely. My amateur debut is in 3 weeks and I hurt my index finger on both hands when I throw my hooks.

Rear hook is a technical flaw, a good fighter will finish you if you try that. (It only works if the guy is already almost out or if he sucks)
