    There's an option in the settings to collect a shipping address. When I run my form in test mode there isn't an option to enter a shipping address. I can't find the shipping address in the generated spreadsheet or anything :/ How will we know where to ship our goods?

    This app is a PTO life-saver! 2 questions, though. 1. Now that our sale has ended, do I need to do something to "turn off" the payable portion or just make the form no longer accept responses? 2. If I want to use the same form again since it has all our teachers/grades and works well, is it better to re-use and edit this form or copy it to a new one and re-set up Payable?

    • @PayableApps
      @PayableApps  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s up to you. If you just turn off responses, you won’t get any new orders, so that’s all you really need to do. You can re-use the same form without any issues, you can also copy the form and setup a new one if it’s easier to stay organized that way. Either works.

    Great video!!! What if certain sizes within checkbox grid are a different cost? For example, sizes s-xl are $10, but 2x, are $12, 3X are $13, 4x are $15?

    • @PayableApps

      Sadly with a checkbox each will need to be the same price. You would have to split it into 2 questions if they have different prices.

      Yes just go back into your google form in edit mode. Click the Puzzle Piece in the tool bar for the Add-Ons. Then Payable Forms -> Payment Configuration, that should re-open the side-bar, and you can see the Checkout Settings section.

    Is there a way to set stock limits on the form? So, if I have 20 t-shirts to sell, I want that inventory to be reflected in the order form as people start placing orders. I don't want someone requesting 40 t-shirts if I only have 20. Can an "out of stock" message appear? Can inventory depletion link to Google sheets? Thank you!

      If the transaction has not been paid by the customer you can just delete the row from your google sheet. If it has been paid you might want to refund it from inside your PayPal account.

      No subscriptions or card needed to use the add-on.
      We use a pay as you go model. So we make money only when you do. Our app fee will automatically be deducted by PayPal, Stripe, or Square. www.payableapps.com/pricing
      Some sellers will add a handling / convenience fee in the add-on to help cover or pass on the credit card processing costs to the buyers if they prefer.

      @@PayableApps Thank you very much for your reply. Please I would like to know. Is it possible to add the payable app, and enable all the features, except the payment methods? In fact, I'm more interested in collecting customer orders and their details, without necessarily asking them to pay online. But at the same time, I want them to be able to see the total cost of their orders, after they have finished selecting what they want. And it would appear only the payable app can add this total cost feature. So please, can I install this payable app without necessarily enabling the payment options?

    • @PayableApps
      @PayableApps  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@notabolished1331 not today. If you want to collect present money amounts, there will be the option for people to make payment. You need to connect a payment provider to make your form payable. So no the add-on is not intended to work like that. Sorry.

    • @PayableApps
      @PayableApps  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can make quantities in your form, you just need to list them out as options that are already calculated.
      This video shows you how to do it for lots of options:
      th-cam.com/video/kiPOLQHi-NA/w-d-xo.html
      If you are asking if after they submit the form they want to change what they selected. Today the best thing to do is for them to submit the form again to get a new order.

    I'm currently testing this addon and it looks great. But I thought this addon also gave you the possibility of checking your Total costs before submitting the form. It seems you must submit the form before seeing the list of items and their total costs at the checkout page. Why is it so? It would have been great to do the control of your total cost before submitting the form. Is there a way to do this? Thank you in advance

    • @PayableApps

      This is due to limitations of google forms. You cannot run any scripts or the questions pages. We only get data from google when the form is submitted.

      Hey Suzy, each form can be setup in one “display currency” so all items on a given form must be the same currency. You could copy your form and setup say a GBP form and a CAD and switch the currency in the “payment settings” and amounts to have a different form in a different currency.

      What do you mean by deposit payments? You mean to setup your form so it just takes a deposit for an order? Of coarse we have some people just create 2 forms, one that is self service with the deposit amounts and then another form the business owner users to create the final payment is due.
