Tough piece of gear too, by the looks of it. 130 kph and horsepower to match such a lightweight yet strongly built machine. Conceived and built in some of the hardest days for the German peoples.
those who comment below, if they were born at the time when this bike was produced, THEY WOULD LICK THE ROAD where this bike has passed, but, obviously, understanding and seeing things in a historical perspective is something that is not within the reach of any imbecile.
I guess that the gyroscopic effect is not as bad as it was in single engine aircraft, since the direction of rotation is not perpenducular to the bikes longitudinal axis. yes you probably have a much wider turning circle than you would with a normal bike, at least at high speeds but at least it would not affect the turning radius asymmetrically as it did in aicraft.
Danke schön! Brasilien seit 1959.
Danke !
Thank for posting
Echt ungewöhnlich. Habe sowas nie zuvor gesehen. Trotzdem sehr interessant!👍👌

Beautiful!!! We sure have come along way.
Woooooooo esto es fantástico!!!!😀
incredible motorcycle!!
I can't imagine why this design didn't catch-on. Oh wait - yes I can.

Stupenda!!!👍👍👍👍
Beautifulllllll 👍👍👍👍
Stunning bike. 👍👍👍😻
These gorgeous machines were made in an age of bold innovations, when the Americans didn't control science & tech with their outrageous patent laws.
Incredible, a rotative engine on a motorcicle!!!!
I shall continue to watch Megola videos until somebody starts, stops and restarts on one. I want to see it happen.
A engineering marvel...!
increible la ingenieria. de esa moto
with no clutch, how do you pull away?, or is it neccesary to warm the engine, stop it, lift stand and bump start it?
Am I missing something here?
FROZEN MAN WAS HERE. ........
Des is so n GENIALES MOTORRAD! 😍👍👍
I can only imagine the inertia problems with that large rotating mass in the front wheel.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
German Engineering at its Best.
Hope theres not a lot of stop signs in your town
One radical radial
😎cool
interesting..never see this.
so no front brake?how the handling? this is front wheel drive motorcycle..tricky one
A technology before its time. Throw a brushless motor and battery on both wheels and on its way
Wonderful machine!

Ferma ?😂😂😂
#Rotary Engine
Yeah that looks terrifying.
Awesome, it sounds like an aircraft engine, and looks like one. Too cool
Irre Idee, aber geht.🙂
I hope it has a clutch... :)
David Kline no clutch no gears if you stop you stall
Easy to start - easy to ride, but how you *START* riding. Excuse my stupid question.
Push start it.

Maybe I should watch videos more carefully before asking, lol.
great machine
The horrors of history! Can Can you imagine the gyroscopic effect of that front wheel?
wie geil
OK, hold his beer, let him show us how to ride this thing!!!
Just use the cluch to stop at a traffic light....
except there isn't one.

No clutch. No transmission. Must be very difficult to operate.
This concept is American and was already used in 1906
in a 1906 Adams-Farwell car
No, this concept (rotary 5 cylinder engine) is french and was first use on the 1893 Felix Millet motorcycle (in the rear wheel)
Vive LA FRANCE
Je suis Francais moi meme!
is it have cluch
But sound is awesome!
I agree dfpguitar. What happens, when you come to a corner full speed with the gyroscopic effect that front wheel makes?

Defiant racing motorcycle
Like an early aircraft engine... wonder if it burns castor oil?
Top speed: 130km/h, wow.
This kind of engine needs no suspension, right?!
no clutch, if the bike stops, the engine stops
оО
Ciekawe musi być ruszanie tym spod świateł....
