YES!! These are my favorite video series on all of TH-cam basically lol. This is very specific, but I would love to see swatch comparisons of Black Honey, Elf Black Cherry, Nivea Bordeaux, and Nivea Brown Cherry (new shade I think). Also I would love comparisons of Romand melting lip balms, Peripera melting lip balms, Loreal tinted balms, Nature Republic click pen, and Covergirl bliss you berry :):):) there is a SEA of similar products we have to wade through! Oh and an updated Romand swatch party would be great since they’ve added new shades to their line like Figrise and Scotch Nude :) And the Judydoll space cowboy dupe in shade GR1 compared to Colourpop Ritz?

I remember getting the Black Honey round pot lip gloss for $5 in 1980 when I was 15, and I had to save my money. Timeless.
Cover girl clean and fresh tinted lip balm cherry-ish you has no smell or flavor. No cold or tingling. Love it! It does slightly stain the lips which is a plus. Looks and feels so natural

When I bought a couple of things at the Sephora VIB sale, I received a gift sample-sized Giorgio Armani Lip Satin in a much lighter shade than I would ever buy for myself, # 104. I loved the formula instantly, and discovered it works great under darker balms like CoverGirl's Bliss You Berry, Nivea's Blackberry, Clinique's Black Honey and Neutrogena's Revitalizing Lip Balm in Fresh Plum. I love the sudden expansion of my lipcolor collection with just the addition of one light creamy shade underneath all the balms. Now I have a reliable collection of cool nudes! I can actually answer the question about the Innisfree dewy lip tint, I have the shade cherry and can confirm there is no fragrance nor any minty vibe at all. It's one of my favourites ❤❤❤
I like your videos and I was excited to see you review tinted lip balms. But I'm disappointed that you mentioned that the Nivea was only available in Japan but called it "K Beauty". It seems like such a small difference, but it's important to not lump all Asian things in a monolith.
I swear by the L'oreal tinted lipstick! I have the shade Mulberry ecstatic and it's close to black honey too, but way better formula.

i really loved your recent glossy balm/gloss stick video! i'd love to see a more asian beauty-centric rendition, because there's a ton to be discovered. Some new releases that come to mind are the gloss sticks by Dasique and Peripera. others that have been around longer include gloss sticks by Nature Republic, Flortte, The Saem, and the new glowy balms by Peripera. would love to hear your thoughts!

One of my favorite tinted balms is Hurraw in Black Cherry. It’s a chapstick style balm that I find really hydrating. I prefer it over the Burt’s Bee formula. (BTW the BB shade in Rose is beautiful.)

I so needed this! I am always on the hunt for the best tinted MOISTURISING lip balm. Interestingly I found the Fresh ones drying on my lips.

Fell in love with that Nivea tinted balm last year travelled to Japan, so I got more from this year travel, now I have 6 lol
Kosas LipFuel is my favorite. It has a light cooling feeling and they come in a few tints. For high end, I love Yves Saint Laurent Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick -- despite the name, it's a tinted lip balm.
I love the Clinique chubby stick.
The Fresh used to do a beautiful shade called Poppy and now it's discontinued. And none of their new shades don't show up on my dark skin. Reallh disappointing! Poppy was such a beautiful dark pink.

I like that you added some asian products, but Im still searching for videos were someone compares western brands with popular asian brands (mostly korean), like peripera, romand, etude house, nature republic, clio, amuse, flower knows, espoir, colorgram, etc... I usually have to watch separate videos and then I cant figure out how the formulas compare.
EDIT: well I should have looked first xd you DO have a video with glowy balms which is EXACTLY what Ive been searching for. Now I will watch it, and see if you have a video on lip tints (both glossy and matte)

Nivea lip balm in Blackberry is the closest that I found to Clinique Black Honey. It could be just how it looks on my lips. I find the Nivea lip balm quite nourishing. I bought mine from Walgreens awhile back when I was at the checkout line for a couple dollars. I believe Walmart carries Nivea.
I’m very fair and cool toned, and don’t ever feel like I look good in reds-and i LOVE black honey. The 90’s girlies were really into something :)). Whenever I wear it I get asked by friends and strangers what’s on my lips!

The Cover Girl tinted one in Bliss you berry is a nice alternative to Clinique Black Honey :) a bit waxy but once you break through the seal it is quite nice.

Thanks. Refy looks promising despite the unfortunate name. The link you have for the brand is for glossier. I love the formula of Almost Lipstick but black honey turns fuchsia on my lips. Better luck for a red brown is the chubby stick in richer raisin. My fave muted brick red in sheer tint is Intrigue by Henne. For a blotted look I go with discontinued nutmeg spice by Boots no.7.

I think the elf shear lipstick is discontinued. I honestly have never found it, and even the link sends us to product page that tells us to notify when it comes back in stock.

I prefer the Glossier Ultralip to Generation G these days, probably most similar to the Jones Road balms you reviewed, fairly glossy and decent color payoff

I remember being super into glossier when I was first getting makeup around 2019 and the generation g lipsticks were something I tried. I always felt as if the scent and the shade range never suited my tastes! I've been meaning to try the ultralips although I'm not sure if it would be much of an upgrade. Alternatively, I forget glossier altogether and go for something from nars. So many decisions 😭
I find the pigment really splotchy and uneven on the ultra lips :/
The rose scent is so gross. I can taste it just thinking about it. Their blotted lipsticks would be hg for me, but I just hate that overwhelming floral perfume. It's second on my hate list only to Maybelline's play dough scent.
Hi Amanda! You’ve talked about the Gucci Sheer Lipstick before…is that formula as slippery and short lived as the Mac Lustre lipstick formula or the YSL Volupte Shines? As someone who ADORES the Gucci sheer lipstick, ride or die lipstick, it lasts fairly well, and as you reapply throughout the day, it builds up a slight stain on the lips! It also doesn't feel too slippery at all, I'm not a fan of lipsticks like that so it works really well for me!
Hi! Thanks for this! I'm looking for a sheer red. I don't like Black Honey at all. I'm wearing Charlotte Tillbury lip gloss in Hot Gossip which seems a really native color for me and then just a beige or Wedding Day LS. nothing with blue will do, so from this I'm looking at Refy. I don't need moisture. If you have a suggestion, I'd appreciate it! Thanks again.

I love tinted lip balm but I have to hydrate my lips to the max if I’m going to wear them. My lips dry out so easily that I can’t reapply without re-moisturizing. Nothing is going to stop me using them, however.
Same! Tinted lip balms on their own dry out my lips. I normally wear aquaphor, tinted lip balm and a lip gloss on top!
I love the color of Black Honey, but actually hate the formula. It's too slick and doesn't last on my lips. For me personally, it's not worth the price.

Black Honey would definitely not look good on my skin tone, I am fair with warm yellow undertones and I look horrible in any blue and or purple based shades.
I think Nivea is German not Asian 🤔
Great video but felt overall you were a bit repetitive with describing products. Especially the fact that the Clinique black honey has a “gel” like formula. Just my opinion.
