    I really thankful to you mam....mera 20 sep ko medical tha defence ka or usme weight 57.5 manga tha mene apki egg diet wali video 10 September ko dekhi or follow ki....11 September ko mera weight 60.25kg tha....11 September se lekr 20 September tk mene apki btayi hui diet follow ki or 20 September ko mera weight 55.6kg tha mene 10days m 4.5kg weight lose kiya h or apki wjh se m kl medical fit ho payi hu m....last few days m mujhe suddenly apki video dikhi jo meri liye bhot bhot bhot helpful rhi ....... Thanks a lot mam.....

    Oat biryani is gooddd! I added beans and carrot for taste. Almost taste like maggi! Very filling. Eat before it cools down.

    Mere papa 65+ hai. Ve always bahut routine me rahe hai. Time par khana, Ghar Ka Khana, kam oil Ka aur daily exercise matlab Jo b Aapne btaya sab mere papa ne apni life me Kiya h pr ab last 1 year se unhe bhook kam lagti hai, pet ki problem ho gyi hai aur usi vazah se unhe diabetes ho gyi hai. Abi bhi ve early morning n evening n after dinner 1 aur 2 hours walk krte hai.
    Plz aap aesi video banaye jo diabetes walo ke liye ho healthy bhi tasty bhi nutrition se full aur time par bhook bhi lage.
    Unki medicine chal rhi hai pr Mai apse unke healthy food plan chahti hu. Plz help🙏

    Hi everyone! I and my husband tried this diet for 10 days. Ended yesterday. I lost 4.5 kgs and he lost 6 kgs in ten days. We followed pretty much the same diet except that due to lockdown we got only masala oats n not the plain one. We also used to have a fresh watermelon/orange juice without sugar in the evenings post an alternate day 30min workout. Otherwise followed the same diet and experimented with egg and oats dishes too! Thanks a lot Natasha! Close to reaching our ideal goal weights. Will try and maintain a healthy diet so that this weight doesn't bounce back☺️

      No, we made the oats biryani, followed the same recipe, but the with the masala flavored oats (saffola). As we couldn't find plain oats in any of the stores nearby. I'm sure plain oats would have given us better results ☺️

    Omg basically take all the yummy foods out.. Green tea after meal before bed and warm water before breakfast helps to loose weight. Fruits carbs veg just eat normal but sensibley.

    I lost 9kgs with thid diet...thank u so much...all 3 recipes were so delicious...but most time i did not feel hungry in the afternoon so i used to skip the biryani...and my favourite was soup...so i used to drink it till my heart content...thank u so much for this easy and delicious diet...

      nikhila Sriramoju 54 is your weight or your age ? If it is your weight , don’t loose 10 kgs. You will be underweight. And infact egg yellow is also good . It does not gain weight.

    Natasha your diet plan is amazing... i found it very effective on me... i strictly followed this diet plan n lost 5kgs in 9 days time which is beyond my expectations...
    I started diet plan on 14th May at 79kg n by 22nd May after almost 9 days I m on 74kg...
    Now my body is on plateau I guess n not losing weight anymore...
    I m so so happy with this diet plan whr u get full nutrition along with weight loss..

    Eggs are proven for weight loss. I tried eating 2 eggs (1 whole egg + 1 egg white) last year in the morning and continued for the whole week. The results are always marvelous with eggs. But in my case, eggs caused me allergic reaction on my face. So I can't have them on a daily basis. 🙁😔

    Hi !! Ma'am for the last 7 days I am following your egg diet plan and the results is terrific 👍. I have lost around 5 Kg till 6th day. I just need to ask that can I skip night soup and take one glass of Skimmed Milk without sugar. Please suggest ,🙏🙏

    1) related to cooking with oil. Can I use coconut oil ?

      So it's been a week I following this diet..with active workout session of 40 min along with minimum 6k steps a day...sooo yuppppyyyyy....I did loose 5kg till now...still 5 more days to go

    Can I skip green tea in the morning & instead drink only apple cider vinegar. B'coz green tea on empty stomach cause vomiting sensation. Please do reply...

      Yes! I get nauseous with green tea on an empty stomach, too. Drink apple cider vinegar in water and then drink youe first cup of green tea with your breakfast/first meal.
