    Phew... good to know everyone's sweating like me. I wondered why no one else was sweating. It's because they aren't working out with Rachael! Party, party! This one is great! I'm finally hitting the 7.5s and count myself as a bad mo-fo... Haa haa 😁. Thanks Rachael!!!

    I have never run before and recently I have begun with this channel! Wow the way our body develops and what it can do! This workout was a knockout itself. Your motivational words are everything! After the workout I feel exactly the way you described it. “I can do anything. Do you know what I’ve done today?” I CAN do anything!!! Thank you!

    Did this one today and made it to 8.8! That’s the fastest I’ve ever run on a treadmill. Thanks to your expert guidance and how brilliant to do 30 seconds to push us up another 1 mph. Thank you 🙏🏼

    Oh my !! This is a workout that you can feel 😥on
    The breaks I feel my body temp like 🔥 a fever afterward with this workout keep sweating about 20 min after a heck of a 🏋️‍♀️

    Day 7 done! Thank you. Very sweaty - thought a spider was on my leg, but just my knee sweating! Feeling very set up for the week ahead.

    This is really a great workout.i lost 4kg in a week . running is still the best Way to loose weight.and it makes me happy.

    7 day challenge done! As I previously stated, this one's still a sweat breaker. I don't have to have a t-shirt, but maybe an IBX iron-on patch that I can put on my own gear. I'd buy a bunch of those.
