After the workout I feel exactly the way you described it. “I can do anything. Do you know what I’ve done today?” I CAN do anything!!! Thank you!
Did this one today and made it to 8.8! That’s the fastest I’ve ever run on a treadmill. Thanks to your expert guidance and how brilliant to do 30 seconds to push us up another 1 mph. Thank you 🙏🏼

7 day challenge done! As I previously stated, this one's still a sweat breaker. I don't have to have a t-shirt, but maybe an IBX iron-on patch that I can put on my own gear. I'd buy a bunch of those.

Day 7 done! Thank you. Very sweaty - thought a spider was on my leg, but just my knee sweating! Feeling very set up for the week ahead.
Haha I do that all the time! I end up swatting away sweat instead of the bug that I was sure was there!
