I love Bison, always, ever since I saw them in a small enclosure in a zoo. This was when I was young. 60 years ago. In the days when animals were in very small "cells". This video and your channel is so nice and normal. Meaning I work in an EMERGANCY ROOM. I have worked in shock trauma and have seen seen many deaths due to gun shot and motorcycles. This past July 4th ,Tuesday night we had a gsw come in, a 19 year old girl.... doctors and nurses where desperately trying to get her stabilized. Heart compressing's for 40 minutes... it was called! She was deceased! So I come home and watched your nice normal video's. It helps me to decompress. Thank You!

Dusty, Is Nora small like Eleanor or is she bigger now? I'm so hoping they recognize each other and hang out together. That would be so great! I felt so bad for Eleanor when they saw her at first and went running over to her while she was in that corner and up against the fence! I waa so stressed for her at first. I know that's the way Bison and other animals do when put together but it was Eleanor and I caught myself yelling at my phone saying, No Please y'all! Don't back her into a corner and attack her! I Pray her and Nora recognize each other and Nora can give her Mama the support she needs! I'd really like to know tho if Nora is small like her Mama! Please Dusty, Let us know! Eleanor used to stay far away from the herd. She stood her ground this time, the fence really helped I think. Then at the gate, when they were coming through, she just stood looking for treats. Big Joe is really an amazing Bull, taking care to keep them calm. That is the most complacent, ha ppy herd of animals that one could hope for, in best dreams. So impressed you guys, really have taken science, nutrition and animal husbandry and showed what one can do with land and animals.
Very Intesting video and the camera work is done so well, makes the overall video more intimate for viewers. I love Eleanor, she is a gem.

I would really like to see a cow brush that's made for the pasture put out and see how they all like it, I'm sure they would. Tom pemberton farm life has one in his field and the cow's love it in fact he's put cow brushes all over his dairy farm. That would also keep the shed of them and I bet Dunbar would love it. Also has Dunbar gone into the pond like he always did with the water trough? Or haven't you noticed it.

Since they were there first, does that place the calf above her? Her calf is an adult now but would she remember her mom? Sorry for all the questions.

What a great transition back with her herd. It’s a bit funny that Eleanor and Nora both have a janky horn. Lol. Big Joe is looking healthy! I hope he’s putting on a good amount of weight. Im glad Belle Star is doing okay. It’s also great to see mud in the pasture after such a dry year last year. We are in a full blown drought where I live in Iowa. Which sucks.
