Good to see you update your tutorial series with so many new pilots joining our hobby. I highly recommend folks who are new to flight sim in general or for those who are making their first forays into jet/airline type flight, to pay close attention to your videos as they are posted. You are a very good instructor who has helped many pilots learn to do things the right way! As always, I look forward to whatever content you upload, and the next part of this tutorial. Even though I'm no rookie, I always glean some useful info from your videos! 😎
New to this so I may be missing something. When you set the course on the MCP you said to set it for the first waypoint after takeoff, 025 in this case. When I look at the Navigraph chart (ICONS 4 RNAV Departure) to head NOOKS, it looks like its 188 degrees. What am I missing. BTW this series for the PMDG 737 is outstanding.
Great question and you caught an error! It all depends on the direction or runway you takeoff from. For example, in my tutorial I am taking off runway 36C, I should have put 330 in my course. If I was taking off 36R it would have been 025. If I am taking off in south flow (18s) then I would use 183 on 18L and 18C and 200 on 18R. Does that make sense?
For X-Plane 12 I just use Clist and the one provided with the Zibo. It is an in-game checklist. I don't have one for specifically what I did here in this video.

@@MicahMesser Yes it does, thanks for clearing that up!
Great video! Do you have this checklist, that you have used, for download?

You're welcome!
Why you did not contact me to say you had this video on line??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Perfect for my Zibo 737-800 on X-Plane 12. Thank you.
You are welcome!
How did you get the Delta livery? 😮
Through the PMDG software.
Anybody notice that he is in a delta plane at an American gate?
Shhhh....No one will notice.
