Great video my friend. Loved all the content. Miss farming a little. One of my sons and I have about 8 or 10 acres we still work and plant on. Lot of fun showing him the ropes. Thanks for the ride.
that drill is used for tree tapping yes but that's their cushy job..... those gas saws are a true mortis-pinned beam barn builders work saver. barnbuilders never used to have electricity.....
Kip, Great Video! I know it's freezing in Michigan. Can you explain your heating stove and how it works in those low temps in your next video. What's the best wood to use and how often do you do preventative maintenance on it if any. I am burning 100 GALS of heating oil cost $359.00 and the tank is 275 gallons.
I would never tell another dairy farmer what to do but we started raising sand higher in freestyles wouldn't believe how much better cows drain after calving conception really went up just a thought
It’s great to see the whole family 3 generations working together
We raised the stalls in our free stall barn about 20 years ago. Was amazing for cow comfort and affording them more room to stand up.
In the near future it’s going to be you and Grant working in this farm along with everybody else that would be awesome. Great video.Kip
One of the top farming channels on TH-cam! Thanks, Kip!
Thanks for the video Kip and crew. Nice work on the stalls.

Is the old bulk tank that’s a water trough now one that you used to use?
Hopefully that young man who is going to school for welding joins a union ironworkers or Pipefitters.
Did you get that tree tapper drill on auction . Bet they are pricey new.

I live 30 min. from Cornell. My dad went to college there in the 70s.
I would like to see the person holding the wrench, just hold it on and let it go up against the stall. Easier on, and safer for fingers!
Try unbolting the bottom bolt first
Right there with you!

Lance needs a little hair of the dog to get better.
It"s your fault if the cows now request the latest styles in hoof wear.
Too many short videos
