Happy New Year Tyson!! You need one or two of those trucks!! Stack as you go through the summer. I'd like to set up a trailer to self load big bales, but with the hills we farm, kinda hard to get the semi all over the field.
Quite the rigs. I’ve got a couple neighbors that have gone to hiring their hauling out to trucks like that. I think we’ll stick to the two kenworths and hi boys and avoid the bill for hiring it done. They sure move a pile of bales in a hurry though.
@ hahaha, nope. Them decks are pricey and a nightmare to run as they get older. I know a guy that owns two. I’ve got the manpower, trucks and tractors. We can move 50+ bales an hour within 5 miles or so of home. Way less cost.
Thanks for standing out there freezing to bring us some cool content. Always wondered how these worked when I see them on the road. Gonna build your own?
G day Tyson Yea when steam comes out of exhaust it is cold At the end it looked like pkup tire was crooked? Ths Happy new yr to U Boy they say cattle prices here in Ont r the highest they have ever been, & still climbing
Those are some efficient bale movers. Thanks for sacrificing the cold hands!
The cold hands are worth it when it's done.
Great looking rigs, Tyson! Really fast! You've got a cold day there -the trucks are 'steaming' pretty good. Time to warm up your hands!!😀
Thanks for sharing. I have never seen that setup for bails. Here in the Fraser Valley around us, it is all tractors and wagons or goosenecks.
It's a pretty common setup around here
They are pretty cool rigs😊 Thanks for the video Tyson 👍
Yep.. they work great.
Awesome looking bale trucks Tyson
The extra rows on top sure makes a difference especially on longer hauls. Never been around the ones that can put the extra row on
Seen a few bale trucks with pup trailers too pretty neat
Very impressive! Sure Wouldn’t take long to pick up a whole field of bales! Great vid!
Didn't take long at all
Looks good
I can see that working really good on fields further away too
Pricey when it's far
That's a great idea and a reasonable price
Happy New Year Tyson!!

You should get a couple... Maybe set up a flatbed trailer to do it.

Yea and they have to be wrapped really good to be thrown around like that
@@Northern_Farmer the more I deal with wrap, the less I like it. Pretty much sticking to twine now.
@chadtosh6831 twine woukd actually be better i think
That's a cool rig!

Probably easier to get a truck all ready to go
Don't mind me asking.... what is the cost per bale to get hauled?
2.40 per bale...the 70 cents per mile
@ ... that's a decent price. You get your bales in the yard in 'jig-time',,!
Nice machines. Someone in the comments saying those beds are expensive, how much are they?
Probably the guy i wanted to hire that had over 2000 to move and then was going on a holiday.
Excellent job!
Thanks, they work great!

Yes indeed ..it's crazy
Nice setup. 👍
Way to get it done Tyson. When the calving start?
@@stevemondal. pretty soon...few weeks
That'll get'er done!! :)
Sure did
Great video Tyson
Those trucks are moving some hay. Did they get stuck in the snow at times? Especially before they get the weight of the bales loaded.
No...I was surprised they went really good through it...
That's awesome! How many do you get on the anderson? I forget.
12
When was this video taken. Not much snow up there
Just before Christmas...itsbthe most snow we have had in over 3 years
What a way to get it done
That's pretty cool 😊
Impressive!
Are those trucks made locally? Never seen them in the states. Look like sweet rigs
@@OleRustyTractor yea you just get a chassis truck and put that contraption on it...and go
Pretty slick!
Ok, no live deck, just a pusher.
Chain drive on the deck
None of my business but looks like custom hauling would pay off.
It's pretty pricey...I guess if you only had one loader and no trailer..yea...but for us it's not really needed...but we were in a bind this fall
What happened to your bale hauler?
Nothing....but the remote control got soaked from the fire trucks
Yup I can sit and watch someone else work all day....
Haha
How many acres total do you farm
Little over 2000
That's a lot of work. how many mother cows do you keep
cows
now you need one :)
Lol yes
Impressive
THANKS!
WELCOME
👍🏻
You need a truck like that. We us to move 400 a day
It's fast
Looks like a Ford Aeromax
The other is s ford yup
