Maida - 1 Cup
Butter - 100 gms
Granulated Sugar - 3/4 Cup
Egg - 2
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Milk - 1/2 Cup
For Frosting
Whipping cream - 1 1/2 Cup (for whipping)
cold glaze - 1/4 Cup
Luke Warm Water - 1 tbs
For Sugar Syrup
Sugar- 1/2 Cup
Water - 2 Cup
Lemon Juice - 1/2 Cup
For Filling
Orange Crush - 1/2 cup

Tried this recepie , instead of orange crush I used tinned mango pulp which I turned to thick jam by adding more sugar and boiling it.
The cake turned out so so good. I can’t express my words in successfully making such aweskme cake.
As Lakshmi ma’am said .. this is a fool proof cake.
Don’t hesitate to try . Highly recommended to all bakers.

I want to make this cake. It's my first attempt. But I got only whipping powder and I don't have hand mixer tool. I have whisk. Is it possible to make whipping cream either by mixer grinder or whisk. Can you please do a video of this.

ആദ്യായിട്ടാ ഒരു cake ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്... ഈ റെസിപ്പി ആണ് follow ചെയ്തത്. Mam ഇതിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു beginners ന് പോലും ചെയ്യാം flop ആവില്ലന്ന്... ആ ഒരു ധൈര്യത്തിൽ ആണ് ശ്രമം തുടങ്ങിയത്.. പക്ഷെ അപാര taste ആണ്. Mam ന്റെ ഒരു പ്രത്യേകത എന്താണെന്നു വെച്ചാൽ തുടക്കക്കാർക്ക് പോലും ഒരു സംശയവും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല.. ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും വിശദമായി പറഞ്ഞു തരും. അതുപോലെ follow ചെയ്താൽ അടിപൊളിയായി കിട്ടും... thank you mam
