The rider of this bike is around 145-150lbs the foam was just right we may have been able to go one more in softness but then may have had issues when ridden off-road in the mountains with him bottoming out the foam on the seat pan because of the “low” (thinner foam design) it is defiantly a better setup then the stock DR seat.
I am in NZ ,recently purchased a new dr650 and went down to Wellington to pick it up ,rode it back to my home in Auckland (670km) in one ride. My arse was in agony the last 200 km so I'm going to have to get one of these....
+Lead Hustler I don't think you have seen my other videos.... check this out we take KLR650 and DR650 to places that others with these bikes would not even think to go. th-cam.com/video/-fwN16shh-A/w-d-xo.html
I got one and it lowered me down 1 1/2 inches. Hard as a rock. Went back to the stock seat and lowered the bike.
Well done! Everything looks good!!!
Nice concise video. Thanks for posting.
AWESOME.
Thank you. That was G8!
how much lower is this seat and is it comfortable?
You put bark busters on this yet ?
How much does your brother weigh?
I'm around 157lbs and on the shorter side at 5'7" tall.
What's the capacity of the fuel tank?
Cheers

If you're too short for the stock seat, you need to get yourself a pink scooter.
That's a pretty severe punishment for having shorter legs, don't ya think?
gotta change the tail light....soo ugly
