2:13 - I know it's for comedy purposes and it is funny, but there's no way the Bumper Cars could work without the electricity that runs from the top those poles are for. Even funnier when you see the electricity sparks on the pole tops as they ride into the sunset! ^_^
That, and the fact that Dolph, Jimbo, and Kearney (the hoodlums who stole the three bumper cars) were last seen arrested on the Duff Gardens commercial ("Come to Duff Gardens, where roaming gangs aren't a big problem anymore."). Though that can be written off as they were let go or it was just part of the commercial.
George Washington biting the screwdriver in half is only a split second but it adds so much to the bit. There are so many things in seasons 4-6 that seem small but add _just_ enough to turn a 5 second cutaway gag into something people remember 30 years later.
