Will help you out later on as the earlier you start paying the mortgage the earlier it'll be before you pay it all off. I'm thinking with myself to get a property then rent it so the rent money goes towards the mortgage and I can still save my wages to get a nice car outright whilst I'm single. When I move in when I'm married hopefully the mortgage will be lower plus I'd want me and the wife pay 50/50 into the mortgage and house bills so its cheaper for us both. TH-cam isn't always a great place. You get a few young lads like sid who are young and driving around in a car most people can't even afford then we compare ourselves to them wishing we can be like them. To me he's just lucky being born in a rich family who have the money, knowledge or business to teach him the tricks of the trade. Overall though we need to be happy with what we have 👍

I was stuck in the "Clarkson" persona thinking they all look the same and havent really been changed for generations but now I always take a second glance at them. Sid's car, the Black GT3 RS, even the white 21 year old Carrera you featured made we watch with enthusiasm and I have to say I would actually like to own one now. A guy who lives a few doors from me had a Cayman for about 6 months I am positive that his was a 2.5litre 4 cylinder engine. Am right in that or being stupid?

About the gearing, obviously my Golf R is nothing even close to similar to this engine but I personally can not stand short gearing. It’s probably because all my cars have been modified with larger frame turbochargers.
