unfortunately they didn’t “add” patterns, but rather they reduced them by about 35% and even changed (not for the better) their two most noteable/used ones: Attack and Cluster...Attack is the same “pattern” flash-wise, BUT when run as 2 or more colors it’s been ruined - as the colors don’t change swiftly and consistently like they did on all dual color fusion ILB’s. Then Cluster (which a second version of called Cluster-Mix) has also been messed with...leaving the same issues at with Attack for the Cluster one, and for both Cluster & Cluster Mix they coupled the center two modules on both sides to flash together rather than individually like on the Fusions (and even Cobra/Apollo’s). The Mix version (along with the One and One wig wag pattern, are the only patterns that the colors change in a timely fashion). **All Quad sticks and ILB’s make for great PARK MODE lights, but aside from Cluster Mix and One-One Wg Wag (which is still slower than most competitors), there’s no effective Warning Patterns. **They made the same stupid “upgrades” to the “V3” fusion products - removing the most effective Warning Patterns in exchange for essentially more Park Mode patterns. **Feniex claims it was to stay consistent with other brands products, even citing Whelen patterns as being between 75-120FPM...BUT that’s not only false (they have substantially more 120+ patterns, like Single 300, Action Scan, comet flash etc), but other brands also have patterns well over 120FPM (code3 has some in the 700+ FPM range, as does SOS)....and even Whelens DVI patterns CHANGE COLORS at a reasonable rate...The quad units will likely create first glance confusion when someone sees Attack pattern go on and it’s All Blue for almost 2 full seconds and then continues at about 2 seconds per color and only one color at a time (like Cluster and some others) - causing people to think a police car is a volunteer fireman or visa versa. **15 Patterns?? Really?? those should be 15 quality patterns..not the same crap you get with a $120 Amazon Visor Lights. WHOEVER is responsible for creating the Quad products at Feniex needs to be replaced. I’m thinking of starting a brand, which I know will sell simply because it will consist of all the best patterns from each existing brand and have a couple of unique ones that will become industry favorites (based on encompassing the characteristics of multiple popular ones). Why no one has done this is beyond me - it seemed like Feniex tried/was on the path to being such a brand, but instead did an180 and began devolving in an attempt to “blend in” in the industry rather than standing out.”.
If I’m using a whelen siren controller to control the light bar, would I need the quad converter to power or would I hook up the wiring to the hhs3200 siren amplifier?
You would need to use the Universal Mount Brackets:ultrabrightlightz.com/collections/led-visor-light-bars/products/feniex-quantum-interior-front-light-bar
So how do I control all the patters and colors I want without hitting those buttons with a screw driver? And can I use all colors together? Like split the bar into 4 colors?
The new version of the Quad Visor Bar does not require the Quad Converter. You will just need to run the pattern wire and color wire to the buttons on your controller that you wish to use.You are not able to split the visor bar into four colors but you can set it up to alternate colors as it flashes
@UltraBrightLightz so the latest quad viser has the mode wires and color wires coming out directly from the light? So how do I get the functions such as turn signal, flood, California red etc...
Not if you don’t want a HUGE let down ....that’s why they purposely don’t show them in any videos (the CEO even avoids displaying them as much as he can on the ILB and other Quad vids he did). **If people saw these patterns first, chances are sales would be 40-60% lower than what they are by letting people think it’s still gonna be like the Fusion lines just with 4 color capabilities. *Just think, why else would a company not showcase their own flash patterns for products if they thought they had desirable performance..??
Looks good, seems like they've added a few patterns. It's gonna be nice to have more features with the quad converter.

does the bar and the quad converter need constant power? Meaning there is always 12v running through both?
Yes they both need constant power
@@UltraBrightLightzit still don’t work. I got 4 wires on each side which is red and black orange and green, the rest is white

You would need the Quad Converter to control the Visor Bar. The Quad Converter would go between the Whelen Siren and the Visor Bar.
So I just connected a brand new one of these and nothing happened. Checked power and that is good. So how do I get this replaced?
Did you connect the mode wire as well? If you are still having issues, please send us an email with your order number! info@ultrabrightlightz.com

Yes! One Quad Converter is needed for the whole vehicle!
Do you need the Quad Converter for 100 stick lights?
The Quad Converter is not needed
Ultra Bright Lightz thank you
@@AllGoodDays1 You're welcome!
