      @@Solutionbasedhypnosis What meditations do you do? Also, it's completely normal to get distracted, the key is not to achieve "perfect focus" but about becoming aware of your mind's patterns and gently bringing your attention back when in wanders (essentially, what we do with our eyes closed when we meditate) :)

    I’ve been considering your meditation class for a while now. I’ve never been successful at my attempts and you’re the only person I’ve found that speaks in a way that clicks with my brain. Can you tell me how your class works? Is it just videos I watch whenever I want? Is it over Zoom? Or somewhere in between?

      You're going to absolutely love it! :) I've had people that tried for years, and they were finally able to do it with my approach, as it's quite unique and science-backed. So far I run a 4-Weeks Program every once in a while, classes are LIVE on Zoom but will also be recorded and sent to you. Put your information in this form, so I can notify you when I reopen my Meditation Mastery Program: gabemartinelli.com/meditationmastery

    What kind of meditation would you recommend? How long a day? I need this!

    • @gabrielemartinelli
      @gabrielemartinelli  6 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      I'll definitely make a video in the near future about the different types of meditation, as it can get quite overwhelming at first (as there's so many)! If you want to get started, I recommend to start small (like 5-10mins a day), put some relaxing music in the background, and pay attention to your breath. Become aware when you think, and slowly put your attention back to the breath. The most important thing is to do it consistently, then you can increase the time :) But also, you can put your information here to get notified when I re-open the doors to my 4-Week Mediation Program here: gabemartinelli.com/meditationmastery -- you're going to absolutely love it! 😊
