Local Vietnamese Show Me How to Eat This Street Food Like a Pro

In this food travel vlog, I eat some cơm ba rọi heo quay (roasted pork belly rice) in Binh Thanh, Saigon, Vietnam. This local Vietnamese dish is a variation of cơm tấm (traditional Vietnamese broken rice), a very popular street food meal here in Vietnam.
I sat with a local Vietnamese man from Nghệ An province in Northern Vietnam who has been living in Saigon for the last nine years and working as a software engineer. He said he eats street food from this vendor almost every day, and he showed me how to eat this dish like a pro.
