Did I miss the front course of block being core filled? Seams like that is just as structural as your task? I ain't got one of them fancy engineering degrees.
@ I don't know a bunch cmu block. Non core filled crumbles with ease with tractors vs. core filled when being removed. Many have said there is a percentage of cores needed to be filled in a retaining or structural wall situation to allow the system to be rigid enough for the different deltas or load moments. I don't know the answers or what industry standards are for blocks or the codes you have to follow for your area. I am curious about the information if anyone has any insight.
