Hint: Always buy shrimp (and scallops) that does NOT have added phosphates. Make sure the ingredients on the package say ONLY "shrimp". Phosphates make the product absorb so much water that they won't saute. All they will do is leak all its water and end up like little prunes. Scallops are worse.

Pork stir fry, pork shoulder, ground pork casseroles, and baked ham, etc. Not a big fan of lamb, but I will to get back to your recipes to try again. Thank you.
I have never really liked "naked" shrimp -- the texture gets to me. So I'm all about fried shrimp and a po' boy would be one of my favorites, too!!! (Add some homemade tartar sauce, and I'm a happy camper!)

Okay this is eerie. You had steak video on the day I was cooking steak and today I'm cooking shrimp. Love your videos. I'm having wings in airfryer tomorrow, can I please get a video on that. Years ago I bought a airfryer with basket, but I've upgraded and have racks now, so I can cook more things at once, but with wings, my bottom tray always gets filled with so much drippings that I have to take baster and get some out, or it would overflow....HELP!!! One of my favorite shrimp recipes is shrimp chowder. Take your favorite clam chowder recipe and simply substitute shrimp for clams. I also use heavy cream instead of light cream or milk. Thick, creamy, shrimpy and very low calorie.

FYI, vinegar has a very low pH (high acid) and will prevent bacteria from growing for quite a while with the amount she used in this recipe.
