Hey Nine was always an interesting ride. Once long ago ,I drove sixty four from Brevard down Hwy Nine to Black mountain. To see a concert there at night. Terrifying . Sure it's worse now
    Swannanoa was
    decimated. My daughter lived there.
Thanks for the update and your efforts

9 is definitely different than when you drove it. Swannanoa was a sad area. Its surreal seeing it up close.

Oh man. You should share this with 20/20, 60 Minutes, etc. They still need so much help!! 😢

You are correct with how water just destroys everything in it's path. Horrible devastation to so many towns and residents. Your Arial footage and ground coverage shows how they have repaired places but also how things are still not back to normal for a lot of people. Seeing the FEMA stations and people getting supplies is so sad. 😢

Nobody is watching it. Similar videos are getting 50,000-100,000 views. I get 100! Seriously messed up

@dawnn5826 The only Fema camp is closed to the public nobody who lives there has received a Fema trailer and if they haven't been completely denied by Fema the amounts they are receiving is disgusting, the motel vouchers are expiring leaving people nowhere to go other than tents or if they are lucky a shed or rv but the Governor of NC is trying to put them out of those and blocking delivery of them.

It was never a cat 5 hurricane, and when it got to Asheville, it was just a tropical storm.

Quit turning the camera back to you...we know what you look like. Keep it pointed out so we can see more damage.

There's lithium and the finest quartz in the world in the Asheville area. Worth millions I'm sure.
