this is so cool, thank you for showing us your process! have you seen about the blue tubes for collection? I have seen this over in Brownfield, as well as a bunch of other small farms and it seems like that set up could benefit you so youre not always running between taps, and hauling heavy buckets as the lines would bring it directly as close to your storage/boil operation as you desire - I am sure you probably considered this option already, so what made you decide to go the "old fashioned" way, lol. (i bet it tastes super duper yummy, tho!)
