Loving this show back, used to watch how it's make and how do they do it all the time as a kid! One thing of note, adjust your audio levels so i can actually hear the narrator over the music lol
It’s a filter press. They also are round. They would put a filter paper between the plates and close the filter then pump, the syrup/diotamateous earth mix would cling to the paper removing the debris
What are we supposed to be focusing on, how maple syrup is made or your overbearing music? Not trying to be rude, but take a listen and see for yourself creators. Growing up I got to see maple syrup being made. You would see the pail hanging from the tree, and think about those delicious blueberry pancakes that your mother would be making. 🥞😋
I doubt it. It’s kind of like when they take some of your blood, the body just makes more. I’m sure they don’t want to kill their trees, or they wouldn’t be able to make syrup the following seasons.
In early spring while trees still do not have leaves the sugar in their sap is generated from the starch in their roots which was collected by trees during last summer. Thus the tree cannot generate more sap. The more sap we take out from a trees the more we affect them in a bad way.
Why background music in this video is so LOUD ?!
why is the audio badly mixed?

I can relate to the guy at the end saying he licks the syrup off the plate after eating the pancakes lol
7:08 Right, right?? Glad I am not the only one.
6:37 what kind of filter do they use to remove the diatomaceous earth?

Reduce the background noise. Irritating and can't hear
1:09 - 11,000 litres a year.
4:10 - 22,000 litres a day.
Something doesn’t add up.
they make 11,000 litres a year of maple syrup.
they collect 22,000 litres a day of sap.
it adds up perfectly
ABSOLUTLEY THE VERY BEST OUR DEAR FRIENDS LAMOINE AND FAMILY BEACHLER SUGAR BUSH..SO GOOD....
BEFORE THEY COULD ONLY FILL ONE BOTTLE AT A TIME. NOW THEY CAN FILL FOUR. ITS MUCH FASTER.
Ohh, how I missed these
“I’m not afraid of work” is how it should be for all kids his age.
I likedthe info, but the "background" music hardly let hear anything
Why's the background music louder than narrator's voice?!
Wow im wants 🥞
Maple sugar tell people how is made
They dont make it. They refine it. The damned trees make it

The audio so badly loud
That s a lot work in
Music is annoying and adds nothing to the presentation.
Is there any harm done to the trees? Can't believe that this amount of sap wouldn't be missed by maples
