Dosa rice or parboiled rice 3 1/2 glass or cups Urad dal -1 cup or glass Rice flakes 1 cup Chana dal 1/4 cup Methi seeds 2 tbsp Soak 8 hours. Make fine paste Ferment 8-10 hours. It can doubles in size. Add 3 tbsp maida or all purpose flour & 3 tbsp suji ravva. Soak In water, and add immediately. Add salt n make dosas.

Add this mixture only to portion you’ll use, just before making dosa. It’ll be crisp n tasty. That’s why she’s doing for little portion.
