- Dan grew up in a religious Jewish home. As a young man he spent a few seasons in Aspen, Colorado learning to ski. It was there that he met a Christian woman with whom he became friends. She began to ask him questions about God that challenged his understanding of God and religion.
As he studied the Bible, he discovered that he knew less than he thought he did about God and the Messiah; he even began praying. Dan’s new friend gave him a book that helped him understand the message of the Bible and why believing in Jesus is the most important thing a Jewish person can do.
On my mothers death bed 🛌 im so blessed to acxount my mothers same journey to Jesus! She pronounced Jesus as her savior and the collest thing happend after I read her the protection prayer! The TV turned off that was positioned above her bed. Mom was to out of it to realize what had happend. Jesus reasured me that he was there with her. It helped me so much at that time. Brother God bless you for being diligent and bringing others to faith. Just imagine what these videos are doing for our lost but never forgotten brothers and sisters. Praise be to the most high! Dan, thank you so much for sharing your story! Though this journey for you began well over 40 years ago, and was posted here in 2016, it feels both new and timeless. I have a great appreciation for how your demeanor softens over the course of your talk, your witness. I think it wud be more impactful for people to embrace the principles of what Jesus taught. To often right now it feels like everyone says they believe but our actions do not reflect as much. We are judgmental, hateful, prideful, arrogant, lack empathy for others, even in religion we carry a sense of superiority. What if we let all that go and all acknowledge key values that humanity shud live by period. In most part the principles are acknowledged cross most religions even non religion but we get caught up in the rituals.
Shalom Brother, this story overwhelmed me and made my Spirit cry and that is what I love about God. His presence always makes me cry ever since my rebirth - August 4th 2018 and I never cried. Now I do it unashamedly all the time and it is glorious. Peace and Grace to you and all of his Children in abundance, forever. Amen

Fantastic story. I was brought to Christ by my wife, after over 20 years of agnosticism. I know exactly what those prayers were like and exactly what that inner voice sounds like.
@Jerry Collins I guess you expect me to quote the Bible, which I could, but the Bible isn't the answer to your question. The answer to your question is this. My wife asked me to pray for a sign that God existed. I ignored her request at least 20 times over a year. Finally, I decided to do it, because I was tired of hearing her request it, and I had nothing better to do. I knelled at the edge of my bed and talked ...assuming God was listening; head bowed. After a long one sided conversation, I asked if I could have a sign, admitting that I thought the very idea was both ridiculous and pompous (that I even deserve a sign). That night, I got my sign, but it was not until morning that I actually realized it. I wasn't expecting a sign; wasn't looking, and had put the whole prayer out of my mind. Let me be clear, it was a sign, not a miracle. I called the two people in my life that I could trust for an unbiased (neither are Christians) opinion about what 'sign' I had received, and whether they felt it was 'real'; they both felt it was legit.
That is the beginning of my story and my journey that started just a few years ago. It is changing my life for the better. I now study the Bible, attend Church regularly, and attend a Christian fellowship regularly. Now tell me, what more proof do I need, for me, that God is real, and that he actually cares about me, a gentile?

Jesus claims none of the glory of God, and directs his disciples to pray to his father, as he does. Jesus states that the two most important 'laws' are to love God (not Jesus) with all of your heart, and to love your neighbor as you love yourself. @Jerry Collins My profession is called 'Vulnerability Research'. That means that I look at compiled computer software, assembly code, and I find ways to exploit it to do what I want it to do. I take a 32-bit or 64-bit binary instruction and translate it to CPU mnemonics, then translate 'paragraphs' of mnemonics into a high level language construct, and then based on my understanding of those constructs, I try to find a weakness that I can exploit. Sounds about like what you have done, except in a different context. One huge difference is that mine is an exact science and yours is highly subjective linguistics. When dealing with an 'alphabet' that also has numeric values and pictographs, you are inevitably opening the door to have highly controversial interpretations. The Hebrew word for "El" in pictographs could also read, "Strong Shepherd", ...but it doesn't does it? The second character's pictograph is just a staff, not a shepherd; so it's "Strong Staff"...or maybe it's literally just "Ox Staff"...but that isn't how we WANT to interpret it, is it?
You have taken the 'word' of God, and replaced it with pictographs, and decided that you have found hidden meaning and hidden messages. You found exactly what you set out seeking. I will be so trite as to say that the devil loves to confuse mankind, and I would urge you to be cautions as to who you are serving by this great justice you feel you are giving the world. But, once again, I am speaking to deaf ears. When did you stop reading my response objectively? Have you already rationalized that you are superior to me, and that I my words are of no value to you?
I have heard of software programs developed that can take Greek and arrange it in ways as to 'predict major events' such as 9/11 and JFK assassination. I can't even begin to take such things seriously. If you align pictographs in thousands of ways, and search in every direction, I absolutely believe that you can find some highly questionable way to find the words you are looking for. Mathematicians that become obsessed with numbers, patterns, equations, algorithms will start to see them everywhere in everyday life, to the point of obsession. To believe that the Bible is an elaborate codex of hidden truths, is akin to believing that the earth is flat and that the whole world is in a conspiracy. As Gandalf would say, "When did you abandon logic and reason for madness?"
@Jerry Collins I understand what you are saying. I have done a small amount of research into such topics. As with many things, when I search long enough, I find compelling arguments for and against it. It is very intriguing; and I often feel compelled to do exactly what you have outlined. But please consider what I am about to say carefully.
When you read the Gospel, as interpreted by widely accepted translations, such as KJV, is not the overall message, a message of hope and salvation? Is it not, "good" news? Hopefully you know some "good" Christians; ones whose actions bear good fruit. Does that person not inspire or influence you in a positive way, to do good things and be a 'better' person, with the laws of the KJV Bible being your reference to goodness? Have you not witnessed the peace and change in a person who 'finds' Christ? I have. I have fellowship with these people weekly, as friends. It took me 43 years to find people like this. I am finding people that often pray for Gods blessings upon others, and I can witness that it often happens. I can't answer why. I can hardly believe it due to my HIGHLY skeptical and critical nature. What I am saying is this. Those that I am describing, that you call gentiles that follow a false prophet, doomed to hell, have something that I never had, and have always wanted: joy. Reading the word of God, and allowing the Holy Spirit to change their lives to become 'better' people, by any rational persons morals and precepts. Do you really think that is what the Devil is about? Do you really think hidden within this book of hope that is changing peoples lives in wonderful ways, there is really a hidden message that reveals the literal message a treachery? Ask yourself what the Devil could possibly gain from having a book that brings people closer to God? Do you find you, with your current obsession of transliteration, are more or less at peace than these 'good' Christians? How is your relationship with God, or do you believe none of the literal words from the Bible?
What you are saying is that the Antichrist is spreading his 'false' dogma in the New Testament in plain English, but he also choose to encipher the story that would undo his facade? That doesn't make sense! Why would it be in there? That is like a teenager writing something in their diary tucked under their mattress, and not anticipating the parents to discover it. If revealing it would undo the entire facade, then why risk it?
I would enjoy reading your research, but unfortunately right now I will have to pass on that. You should make a video for TH-cam, and see how the masses accept or reject it. Sometimes that has some merit. I know for my own videos, I tried much harder at playing accurately out of fear of criticism from TH-cam community.

The designation “lord” denotes one who has ownership or authority and power over persons or things. (Ge 24:9; 42:30; 45:8, 9; 1Ki 16:24; Lu 19:33; Ac 25:26; Eph 6:5) This title was applied by Sarah to her husband (Ge 18:12), by children to their fathers (Ge 31:35; Mt 21:28, 29), and by a younger brother to his older brother (Ge 32:5, 6). It appears as a title of respect addressed to prominent persons, public officials, prophets, and kings. (Ge 23:6; 42:10; Nu 11:28; 2Sa 1:10; 2Ki 8:10-12; Mt 27:63)

Jesus is referred to as lord not God in many scriptures. For examples:
Ephesians 1:3 (NIV) Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
1 Corinthians 8:6 (NIV) yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live.
Ephesians 4:5-6 (NIV) one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
Notice God is the Father and Jesus is the lord. When you equate Jesus with God you are going beyond what is written.
Jesus is going to be the king of God's kingdom for a thousand years. Afterward:

I listened to every word you spoke. Your passion was undeniable. My husband and I have recently come to know an author, Mathew Simon, who has written two outstanding books which rocked our world. "Relaxing in Daddy's Love" and "Accepted in the Father's Love". My hubby and I have known Jesus for 60+ years. There have been some confusing passages in Scripture that even our Evangelical pastors, over the years, have skimmed over, or rationalized, which never fully made sense to us. Mathew's work has absolutely brought clarity to our minds and much joy. Please consider reading his books. Thank you for you testimony. I was blessed.
Betty Russell just looked at a sample of one of these books (Relaxing in Daddy's Love) and I'm frankly alarmed that a Christian could fall for this. Basically he's saying that with Christ's death on the cross there's no more sin to worry about- we're all under grace, no matter what we do or believe. So the enormous weight of sin that drove me to an altar back in the 60s was a delusion. The beyond words relief that I felt when I left that altar after asking Christ to take my sin away, which He did, was also a delusion. SIN is the barrier between us and God and Jesus is the answer to those God calls to himself. Please read Acts 2: 37-39. Peter tells the convicted crowd what to do about their sin (rejecting Christ) and tells them that the same remedy (repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sin) is a promise, not only for them, but also their children and all those who are far off, everyone whom the Lord God calls to himself. Christ had already been crucified, risen and returned to heaven. This does not sound like the new message is "hey, there's no more sin to worry about; you're good to go!" In fact, Betty, this is a dangerous lie. 2 Timothy 4:3. Please do not advertise these books and reevaluate this false teaching.

All the text of that book was set up to appear to be cohesive. You just quoted "New Testament ": Phillipians 2:9-11. If it truly was a letter sent by 'Paul', it was like a 'cheering section' comment, made to give support and encouragement for their viewpoint (heresy).

In Christianity there were a lot of religion claiming to be the true religion that Jesus the Mesaiah founded. But how can we be sure that the religion in Christianity are the ones that is true? The true church or religion can not be identified by it’s name but by His teachings which are according to His word, in the Bible. Jesus the Mesaiah has been told us that, “ If you love me keep my commandments “ So find a church or a group of people who goes to the church that follow, worship on His Sabbath, doesn’t not eat forbidden foods and follow His laws, and believes He is our savior and Creator of all things which in Heaven and upon the earth! I am a theologist. I am studyng for years the religions of the world. The ideia of being a christian, not focused on Mary but in Jesus, the ideia of beliving in the bible and beliving that this is the best view of the world both natural and supernatural sounded too much too be real, and I had doubts in my mind.
The MORE I study arguments about all sides, the MORE I hear about others religions, the more books of other religions I read, the more I know about history from diferent sides THE MORE I belive Jesus is the true king of the jews and the world, the messiah, the most just man I have seen on earth, and that He deserve to be honored by everyone else and that people have wrong impressions of every other group of people, generalization is a source of a LOT of problems and discussion, people have been tricked all along to avoid his kingdom come to earth.
