@@thatoneguymoto it’s a 1998, I finally got it out, pull the shit out of it. looks like this old one was some cheap Amazon part. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly
had to look this up to see how the cable is seated in the curved tube, didnt have the knob pushed in all the way either. I found it easier to take the carb completely off the first time doing it
I don't disagree with your approach. Removing the fuel line and the throttle cable does make the choke cable more accessible, but also adds to the work. Thanks for watching!
Very helpful video. No talking through the video is nice. This video made the replacement on my Sportster real easy. Big help here.
Glad it helped! ✌🏽
Thanks this video was a big help. I clean my carb but it just cleared a few things up for me. Thanks again
You're welcome!
Brilliant bit of video. Gave me confidence to do the job. Bike now running as it should ! Thanks
Thank you and best of luck to you. ✌🏽
Damn I’m here trying to do it and the cable doesn’t want to come out of the carb any tips ? Minute 4:50
If you've unscrewed it from the carb, it should just come right out. What year is your Sporty?
