I've lived in Transcarpathia for many years also I know a lot of hungarians.
I can honestly say that we NEVER had any ethnic problems. In our town they had hungarian school, cultural organization, 3 hungarian churches, hungarian cemeteries and of course they can speak their native language where they want.
Transcarphatia always was multiculturastic region (slovaks, ukrainians, czeсhs, jews, hungarians, germans, gypsies).
So there's no problems between nations. But all the national minorities must to respect ukrainian state and government like in another normal country. In that region will be only one anthem - ukrainian.
Guys from Hungary, you are being manipulated by government and nationalistic powers for last few years. In that particular case they want to distract your attention from the gay-scandal with your deputy in EU parliament. Think about that.
Revanchism is very dangerous power. Yes, Hungarian Kingdom ruled on that land for many centuries, till 1919, and again in 1939-1944. But you can't live with the idea of "Great Hungary" in 21st century, we don't live in that world anymore and you don't have enough influence and power for that. Believe me, revanchism and the idea of "national greatness" will become a big problem for development of your society. Your government must to stop that cheap provocations and manipulations. It will be more effective if Hungary becomes a good neighbor for Ukraine, not enemy, otherwise you don't find any support on that anti-ukrainian way in EU,USA and NATO.

Actions of deputies can be interprated as manifastation of separatism.Ukraine is waging the hybrid war against Russia almost for 7 years, of course will be reaction from special services for cases like that. It's not 2014, security service and militaries are on the alert.
Can you imagine that "Deutschland über alles" could have sounded in Czech Republic's or in Poland's local councils? What reaction do you expect from these states, from their security services?
Don't forget, my friend ,that this territory was illegally stolen by Horthy with Hitler's help from Czechoslovakian Republic in 1939 and only after that Soviet Union as a winner in WW2 start to rule in Transcarphatia. Agreement about transfer of these territories was signed by new czechoslovakian government in 1945, Hungary lost control in that region in 1944 during soviet offensive. Under international law Hungary illegally ruled in Transcarphatia in 1939-1944.

Hungary didn't do anything for that region during many centuries, it was poor region with law standarts of life. Only CZ in 1919-1938 started some developing for Transcarphatia.

As confirmation of this is the facts that the OSCE and NATO refused to help Hungary in the recent dispute with Ukraine.
